please do not take your child to this day care. they have neglected the care of my infant son and i just happen to show up randomly and catch them . my son threw up and hasnt been feeling good and they didnt bother to give us a call and tell us. also they left my 9 month old son in a plastic chair with only a onezie on. in 50 degree weather ! they could have called and said he needed clothes or other items or even that he was sick. they said he would not eat for them and when we got home he ate like he hasnt ate in days. and he been asleep for well over 4 1/2 hours now cause he was so tired. and they way i saw them push infants in the swinging chairs, was way to fast for comfort of a parent and the well being of the infant. i am very unhappy with this place and i beg you please dont leave your child here. coming from a father . and if you must please do random drop ins like we did . take this into concentration. i have filed a complaint with the state of texas 11/5/14

The staff in Summerlins baby room are amazing. My son has attended since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 9 months. I place him on the floor and he crawls into the room at top speed: all smiles! My son is extremely rarely wet when I pick him up, and my arrival times vary in the afternoons, so there is no way for the staff to know when I arrive. He has never developed even a hint of diaper rash. He is always fed and content when I arrive as well. The staff sticks to the feeding schedule we provide. When Luke was little the staff helped us to correct a flat portion of his little head. Because they positioned him correctly and had him lay in many positions throughout the day we were able to avoid putting him in a helmet. I highly recommend this facility to those looking for a nurturing, warm environment for their new infant!!

My child went to LaPetite off an on from the age of 2 -4 years old. One day my child came home with a injury. LaPetite did not notify us of the issue. We found out later after observing our childs behavior. Long story short we discontinued the services with LaPetite of Converse, TX the very next day. This is my only child I was terrified of the horror my child experience while hurt. I enrolled my daughter in Summerlin. She loves school and her friends. I am so proud of the mega improvement she has made since the end of April 16. We are so blessed to have our daughter be apart of this school Brenda is the best. If you are looking for a school please dont think just because the school is a BIG name in the city , they will take care of you child. This is not true. Also, They clean every day ..all day... Love love love ❤️ how well my baby was taken care of here! He was only 5m and just moved so his comfort was priority. The ladies in the infant room showed him so much love and attention. Within a week he was napping hours there, and smiling when we entered the room. He never left with a dirty diaper or had a diaper rash. He was loved by all the staff around him. No issues of injury ever happened. I was kept up to date on changes and feedings. When he had a formula issue from transitioning to breast and bottle feeding the ladies made sure I knew his reactions. This was so important to make sure he found the right formula to pair with breastfeeding. If you have a new baby or infant this is the place to tour

If I could give a lower review, I would. Do not take your children to this establishment. When my daughter was a toddler and went here, she was hit with a rolled up newspaper for not following instructions. My daughter has Aspergers, so she doesnt lie or make up stories. Everything is very literal with her. I removed her immediately. The teacher was also always on the phone and looked annoyed when I would get there to pick up my daughter. By far the WORST establishment for children. Not far down the road is Little Red Caboose and they were wonderful with my daughter. It was worth the extra 5-10 minutes commute.

My son is 6 months old and has been going there since he was 8 weeks old. I have had nothing but great experiences there. All of the staff is VERY friendly and I feel that they are taking great care of my son. It is hard to go to work everyday and leave your baby, so you want to make sure he is in great hands. Every morning when I drop my son off, the teacher sings to my son and he loves it, and all of his teachers are great with him. They are very informative with how he was for the day and I feel that they truly care for him. I would recommend Summerlin Daycare for childcare!

Summerlin has been a 2nd home to my daughter since she was about 18 months. She recently started pre-k this year and Ive been getting so many compliments of how smart she is and its all thanks to summerlin. They did such a great job caring for my daughter that I immediately enrolled my son after 6 weeks of birth. The teachers are great! The director as well.. she is understanding and always will to help when needed. The entire staff has been wonderful! This childcare not only cares for your children while you are away but also educates them. Thank you, Summerlin.

Every summer I pull her out of Summerlin for traveling & vacations & EVERY fall I re-enroll her! I am definitely a happy returning customer! Ms. Brenda & Ms. Hena are very wonderful ladies! Theyre professional, kind & compassionate! Ive never had a bad experience with my daughters care nor any negative situations regarding Summerlin or the staff. I can honestly say that I plan to keep my daughter with Summerlin for as long as possible!

After moving to Texas, I had a hard time locating a good Child Care & Learning Center in San Antonio TX. I am naturally fussy about who can and cannot have my children in my absence and the nature of environment they should be exposed to. My choice of Summerlin Day Care has vindicated my rigorous search with tangible results. I love the way my children are developing in a promising way. I have never had an issue with them health, social or educational: I am satisfied totally thus far and believe I chose the best pre-k in San Antonio TX.

My child use to go here. The staff & owner is very friendly. Super nice people. Always so understanding & I knew my child was being taken care of. She loved the teachers & her friends here. The PreK teacher was great at getting them ready for school while having fun in the process. Even today she likes to go visit them every now and then to say hi. Just an over all nice and friendly environment.
