I think it does say something when the director of the center (Jacian Lewis) feels the need to positively review his own place. We had both our kids here and pulled them out for many reasons...one because we found out the 2-year old room teacher wasnt really a teacher but the former cook who had to sub for the teacher who quit in the middle of her shift. She was a sweet girl but her inexperience showed, much to our sons detriment. He was bitten by the same boy 5 times, and the director took no real action other than telling us the mother was keeping him out for medical evaluation. But he was still enrolled at the school and would come back periodically. They wouldnt tell us our son was bitten until the end of the day, even though we asked them to call us when it happened so we could hear the details directly from the teacher who saw it and not the floater who happened to be around at pick-up time. The baby room was slightly better, Bianca was very good with our baby but was way overworked with the number of babies she had to take care of on her own. The same was true of the poor teacher in the 2-year old room. Too many kids for only one teacher. We frequently got sent home with clothes and bottles that didnt belong to our son. We moved to another KinderCare location and have been very happy ever since.

*the director of the center left his own review for higher rating.. Jacian lewis terrible. my daughter has gone there 2 separate times. once they did not change her clothes and she had feces in her panties, like a diapers worth that had been there so long it was dry. she is 4. now this past week 7/28/16 she asked to goto the bathroom was told no because they were outside, she had an accident and she had one white shorts so it was obvious, they didnt change her and she was wet so long it started to dry leaving a ring. I confronted the director and she tells me my daughter had the accident in the bathroom and when i asked why wasnt she changed she said.. i dont know. she is always hungry and thirsty when i pick her up. the morning teacher Ms.Bianca is amazing we love her, i wish she was there all day shes very attentive. The one who didnt care for my child is Mrs. Jackie but they arent going to do anything to her so dont waste your time and money, its a disgusting facility.

I would highly recommend this center. As a dad of twins I understand the cost of child care but I truly believe you get what you pay for. Just recently this center received NAEYC accreditation, which from my understanding is difficult to achieve. Ms. Alex and Ms. Alondra are amazing with the babies and are constantly talking, singing and interacting with all the babies. At first, my wife and I were nervous about leaving our twin girls but now we feel totally comfortable. We are happy with the daily communication and our littles are always happy when we pick them up.

This is a great place for kids to receive the proper guidance. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this center to anyone. Our son has been coming here for almost 3 months and has learned so much already. Thank you very much kindercare. We love it here.

I would have to disagree with the last post. This center has been amazing since enrolling my 2 children from Mi Casa 2 months ago. The director and teachers are super amazing and I am very thankful for the amazing work they do at the location. The best NAEYC around.

I love this daycare!! The teachers are so nice and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns they are always ready to help. My daughter has been here a year and half and she loves it as well. Shes learned so much and has grown so much.
