This review is solely based on the Classen location with Margaret in charge. This location was being built one block from our home while I was pregnant. It was too good too be true. I was correct. The staff is not friendly especially Margaret, Vanessa and Destiny. I stopped calling and checking in because the phone would "hang up" or they would say "Mom, I was just in their he is great." My son went here for about 6 months. We started to notice little things but let them slide due to the distance and the fact that the facility was just built. We had enough when one a.m. Margaret called me at 6:30 as I was on my way to drop off my son that they would not be able to accept him due to someone calling in. I work for surgeons whom rely on me. This was completely unacceptable. I guarantee Margaret nor Vanessa filled in due to the fact I never saw them in the children area, just the front desk. Margaret would greet you when she wasnt talking to one of the other girls. If she was then you were generally ignored by both. If you were one of the first parents to drop off you would have to go and find someone, even though they saw you come in. I heard one worker tell 2 children they wouldnt get water because they didnt listen to her outside. It wasnt uncommon to find a child screaming in the front office waiting for their parents. The staff parked in the front making parents park on the sides. All in all, my son was rarely their due to us not being the type of parents to utilize daycare unless we had to work which was 2 or 3 days out of the week. If you are wanting to drop your child off and have someone watch them. This is your place. I want more. I would like my child to grow and learn. We choose an older school no where near our home or work that is already better.

I had both of my boys at the Classen Location for about 6 months and for the first time ever was completely satisfied with the quality of a child care facility and the friendliness of all employees. I dont recall everyones name but tthe two ladies up front I think they were Margaret and Vanessa were always friendly. The pre-k class was top notch and my youngest son learned so much while there, and he made great friends. For my older son who went there for summer break, they had weekly field trips and various activities to keep them intertained. The double security door entry gave me peace of mind and what I really liked was how the play ground areas were seperated for different age ranges. My boys would still be there today, however I moved out of state. Seeing the previous negative review post prompted me to write this review becasue I had a completely opposite experience with my kids there. I would reccommend this place to any one in the vicinity.

This review is for the location on Tezel. My son has been here since last year and his teachers (Ms. Janice, Ms. Jessica, and the director Ms. Julie) have always been great! The security precautions are the best (keypad to get into the office, fingerprint only access to go to where the children are, and cameras) and the prices are amazing for such a nice place. I have never felt so comfortable leaving my child there as I do when I leave him there. I 100% recommend this childcare establishment.

Nice facility but pinching a child is unexceptable in all levels. Parents if your child is able to talk listen to them and take actions immediately. I am disappointed that the teacher wasnt immediately suspended/fired when the Director was informed of the incident. Just because you couldnt see it being done on camera doesnt mean it didnt happen especially when there were marks left and the 3 yr old child talks well. Parents listen to your children, everything that glisten isnt gold.

MzSlam1, my bestfriend suffered the same fate as you did in this school. My personal experience is as worst with United Kidz Academy where my 2 year old suffered pinches on the arms and his penis where it was so bad that it left blood on his pull ups. You are right to warn parents and it is important to listen to your children.

My lil G. Loves the Tezel location. We started when he was barely 2. Everything about this place is what I was looking for. This year going to be his last. We will miss the whole staff. From the mng to each teacher we got to be with these past 3 years.

Best daycare weve enrolled our daughter in. In the rare occasion of a minor issue it is solved immediately. Staff is very nice and trusting.

What a wonderful experience we have had the past 5 months! I could not ask for better teachers to take care of my 9 month old baby boy!
