This is a daycare that does not have their stuff together. My son has been going there for about 5 months and my wife has been working there as well. Ive heard countless stories of how the 3 year old class basically just runs wild. Everything from the little ones smearing poop on the walls, to children pushing other kids over causing them to hit there heads hard enough to draw blood, and require stitches. The problem is that theyre technically "not allowed" to discipline the children in any way. Some parents may think thats fine but heres why it isnt. The children KNOW they wont be disciplined, they know there wont be any consequences for their actions so why on earth would they listen to someone they barely know when they tell them "no". The staff is overworked so they end up treating the children with a sense of irritation. But i cant really blame them when the ration is anywhere from 10:1 to 20:1. I would lose my mind too if i had to look over 20 children that ran around like animals and didnt listen to a word i said. Basically this place needs a complete overhaul. I think the people there are fine but the way its set up turns nice people into stressed out people that are on the brink of losing their minds. This place needs discipline, and thats not an opinion, you cant run a class if the kids know theyll get away with everything. And they need more staff, so the ratio is more like 5 kids to 1 teacher. There have been times where i go to pick up/drop off my son and theyre all outside to play and i see about 8 kids all playing in the dirt... no toys or anything just playing with dirt, and the teacher is nowhere near them because shes too busy monitoring the other 12 children playing on the playground. Again, cant really blame the teacher, there needs to be 2-3 watching that amount of children. There have also been times where i come in around closing time and theres about 5 kids all huddled around an ipad because the teacher is just so exhausted. In the 5 months ive been with them theres been about 7 staff members that have quit. At that point you have to blame the daycare/directors not the staff actually watching the kids. Like i said the system they have is flawed and unless they fix it, it will not get better. Im giving them 2 stars because the place is kept fairly clean i guess, and the food is edible. Thats about all i can say. Theres not that much activities laid in place for the children, its like 8 hours straight of them being allowed to run rampant. I also have no experience with the 2 and below children. but i hear those classes are better, so if you have a child in that ageframe by all means send them here. I wouldnt. IF, however, you have a child that is 3+ go somewhere else. Ive shared only a handful of stories that i have of this place but i have many, many more. If you send your kids here youre going to pay too much just to have your kids become children that wont listen to adults and more than likely become violent towards other children. I hope this helps some people out. Everything ive said is true, im not just some "WORST PLACE EVER THIS PLACE SUCKS 1 STAR" type of person i want to save others from sharing my experience. Do more research than i did, and go find a better daycare.

La Petite is convenient located near where we reside and my son has been attending since he was 6 weeks old and will now be 3. I am entirely pleased with the attentiveness he receives. I was very apprehensive going back to work and leaving him the whole day with "strangers", but that quickly changed when I saw him interact with the teachers. He looks forward to seeing the teachers, learning new songs/dances/activities, and is loved by younger and older kids. I have watched my son grow and his knowledge amazes me each and everyday. I absolutely love how all the Staff know my sons name and MY name and that matters to me because it makes me feel that they take the time to know you and its not just about your money. I appreciate how very informative the Staff is when its a Bad Weather day by contacting us the night before and the day of by phone and email. I couldnt be more pleased and appreciative of the Ladies and Gentlemen who care for my son.

La Petite Academy has been great for our family. They have helped our kids grow and develop every day through great learning activities. The staff has always put our kids and their needs first. Even when a situation arises they seem to notify us promptly, and at the end of the day have the details ready for us. Our kids truly enjoy attending class there, and love their teachers. When we had our kids at a previous daycare it was difficult to leave them due to the fact that our daughter never felt comfortable or at home there. Here she looks forward to school each and every day, and I know I owe it all to the staff. They make sure to treat us like family every day always welcoming us with a smile and a cheerful "Good Morning!", and a "Goodbye, see you tomorrow!!" at the end of the day. Thanks La Petite staff, we greatly appreciate everything you do for our kids.

My experience at La Petite Academy has been nothing but positive. My son loves it, and I am always impressed at the level of feedback and detail that is afforded to me about my son by all staff members, including the directors. My son was previously at an "award-winning" child development center, which was a highly disappointing experience, to say the least. To me, one of the most important aspects of this La Petite is that the staff and directors not only know my son well, but they honor his development as well as our wishes as parents when it comes to caring for our son while we are working. I dont feel that I have to worry about how my son is cared for, and am always invited to visit at any time of day (which is actually welcomed, and not just lip service). I highly recommend this La Petite to anyone in the area.

The Hispanic assistant director is quite smug and arrogant. Rude would also be another trait that would describe her. These La Petite employees does not realize that the parents pays for their services which pays for their livelihoods. I have had experienced the rudeness of the directors and the cruela devil eyebrows, but there are teachers who are nice and sweet. The directors need to realize that they are in a "customer service" business and unprofessional attitudes are not needed in this kind of environments. IF YOU ARE BURNT OUT AND UNHAPPY WITH YOUR CURRENT PROFESSION, THEN ITS TIME FOR YOU TO RESIGN & BE MISERABLE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THANK YOU. ++++ LA PETITE UPPER CHAIN OF COMMAND NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IT WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS+++

I have experienced nothing but wonderful employees that are always happy to respond to my questions and concerns. I cannot believe for one moment that rudeness or poor attitudes were displayed by one of the employees at this location, their first concern is the happiness of the children. When going in to "check" on a child dropped off for the first time the director (and assistant) are immediately able to tell you the activities and how the day has gone, as well as go out of the way to let you try to be discreet and peek in. For new parents this level of comfort means a lot. I appreciate all of the staff and their kindness, please do not change a thing due to inappropriate reviews.
