I pulled my 2-year-old daughter out of this daycare on the spot, after a couple months of warning signs, and then on our final day when my daughter was stung by a wasp or scorpion while there that went unnoticed. When we picked her up, we were told she was disobedient that day and that we needed to talk to her because she "didnt have her listening ears on". Her leg was swollen and she was in pain and we went directly to urgent care. I wonder who wasnt listening to who! Instead they punished her. My daughter rarely had pictures or puzzles or worksheets to show me at the end of the day and there was a severe lack of educational value, although potty training at their recommendation and with their support went very smoothly. My daughter wasnt there for lunches yet they had me fill out a government form so that they could get reimbursed for her meals. The children here cant play outside when it is too hot (which is most of the year) because their playground is uncovered and their staff doesnt have the common sense to check the temperature of the equipment before allowing little ones on it. Google search the June 2011 incident where an 11-month-old suffered 2nd degree burns while under their care. The facility is too small and crowded for them to get any energy out while indoors, my daughter would come home a mess because she was cooped up inside all day. Communication was bad and inconsistent and every time I peaked in on the webcams, it was nothing but supervised free-play, except for peak time when parents picked up there children, where theyd sit them down in a circle to read a story to put on a good show for the parents. After the June 2011 incident, I hoped it would be a wake up call and improvements would be made but I was wrong. The few educated, decent staff they had left or was let go and it just went downhill. Instead of shading the playground, they chose to stop taking children outside to play. But most of all, the longer we were there, the more traumatized my daughter seemed to be when it was time for me to drop her off. She hated it and it took me months to realize it was more than just separation anxiety and pull her out, and even a few months more, at a MUCH better daycare where my daughter to this day runs excitedly into her classroom, to realize just how bad Tiny Treasures Daycare is. Take your babies elsewhere, mommies.

I am currently shopping around for a daycare because we are new to the area. I went to Tiny Treasures to see what they had to offer and was not impressed. The director came out introduced herself and asked about my child. I explained that she is 3 and currently not potty trained(we are still in the process, with the occasional accident still happening). I was told that she needs to be fully potty trained to be in the 3yr old room that she can not accommodate her. I asked the ratio in her 3yr old room and was told 16:1 and she stated that that ratio meet the TX regulations- I believe its 14:1 for the state. She seemed rude and put out that I bothered her about inquiring for daycare. I was not offered a tour and was handed a business card and sent on my way. I will not be returning there once my child is fully potty trained. The director should brush up on her customer service skills.

Think twice, they dont give back retainer deposits! I am a stay at home mother and a reservist, my husband is active. When I first called this place I had orders to go out of the country for a while, which meant that my husband would have to take our children to day care. I had minimal interaction with staff. I mainly interacted with the female in the upper managerial position. Fortunately my orders were cancelled at the last minute, even for military they wont give back deposits. Today I spoke to someone else. She didnt even sympathize or attempt to see what she could do. I stay at home because working at minimum wage or just above would not equate to the astronomical costs of child care in the city. I have a great respect for the single parents working and providing for their children and themselves.

I absolutely love this center. From the moment my child and family entered the building Ms Stephanie treated us with the otmost respect and professionalism. Every morning we are greeted with a smile by the director and teacher, whenever I have any concerns Ms.Stephanie hears them and they are quickly addressed. My child started in the two year old classroom and when she was potty trained and academically ready Ms.Stephanie sat down with me and my husband and together we made the decision to move her to preschool which I absolutely love. I am very very happy with tiny Treasures it is clean, smells good, the Teachers are wonderful and Ms Stephanie is great!

If I could give a negative review I would. The upper management is beyond awful and the most difficult to deal with. The staff not only neglected my child on basic needs like changing his diaper in a reasonable timely manner , to causing him to have severe diaper rashes (had to get a prescription for ointment it was so bad), to letting him go an entire day with a fever without notifying me. Come to find out my some caught RSV from this place and my some was in the hospital for days. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS AWFUL PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM!!!!!!

This place is awful. The other reviews are spot on. I inquired about the center and asked for a tour. The director looked unhappy, the teachers seemed disinterested and the center smelled terrible. Im not sure of state regulations, but there seemed way too many kids to one teacher and it seemed very chaotic. The fact that its in a strip mall behind a pet store should tell you everything. I wouldnt put my kids here if they paid me. Totally disrespectful director who seemed annoyed at the interruption in her day... a potential customer!

This school has a terrible sanatation system. My child has not been attending this school for a whole month and has already missed 2 and 1/2 weeks from school due to viruses he contracted there. They didnt seem to care and always made the excuse that it was a daycare and kids that are first timers usually get it. They allow sick children to sit in classes verse calling the parents to come them. PARENTS DONT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE!!!!

I really like this place. My daughter fits in wonderfully. The staff is great with her and seem very attentive. Shes learned so much since she has been there. Its very clean and I like that they take the kids outdoors to play. Thank you Barbara, Lisa, Renae and the rest of the staff for being so good with Lauren.

Ms. Stephanie and her staff are great! Ms. Flores is the BEST!! She works with the Pre Ks. My niece loves it here and our family feels she is in a great learning facility and happy environment. I recently through a Bday party there...it smelled great and was very clean.
