terrible experience from beginning to end!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All employees are rude. Was told they would have truck avail for use to move in, when I arrived day & time of move in they had let someone else use truck even though I had reserved time. Made new reservations to use truck all day for the next day(Sunday). Employee did not show up until 11 even though they should open at 10. Tried to use truck again was told it would be available till 1 because someone else made reservations. Ended up renting truck elsewhere. did not receive invoices on Email even though set up to receive this way. But one month I forgot to pay rent had no problem Emailing me late notice. Day of move out I asked for receipt saying I moved out, employee very rudely said If I wanted to wait she could just go ahead & do inspection & process now if she had to & proceeded to slam cabinet doors as she got items out to do inspection. They all seem to be bothered when asked to do thier jobs

I had a WONDERFUL Experience in working with Megan, Valerie, and Walter in trying to get the right size and location in a storage unit for the right price. They all helped me and offered GREAT Customer Service to me and made me feel like FAMILY. This is the ONLY storage facility that I have experienced great service, 2 months free, and a moving truck to use for my move. No other company can come close to what they offer to the customer. I will ALWAYS choose Morningstar Storage and refer to my family and friends. Keep up the Great work!! :)

Great storage solutions at a great price. Website and manager guarantee that the price will not go up on storage units from what was agreed on for 12 months. Was able to get a great two months free special. They also allow you to leave at anytime with a minimum of a 10 day notification. Was easy to get setup and even had a truck for me to borrow so I could make my storage run in one run instead of several. Clean facility and storage lockers. Would recommend to anyone!

I believe I spoke to Valerie the first time I stopped by she was nice and friendly she showed me the storage units I wanted to look at. Later I went by and Im not sure but I believe his name was Walter he was very nice and helped me with the unit and truck rental. They have all moving supplies to buy of u need also discounts and even a truck u can rent aswell. I really recommend this place great staff and nice clean location. Also 24 hour gate entry and surveillance.

Great Service, storage units and the entire facility are extremely clean and safe. There are cameras inside the facility where you park your vehicle and unload, however there are NOT any cameras inside the actual building where the climate controlled units are except for the entry way where the elevators and bathrooms are located. The employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. We have not had any problems whatsoever so far at this storage business.

Ive been storing my things at this location for about 3 months now and since day one I have been pleased with what this location has to offer. Their 24 hour access makes it easier for me to come and go as I please . Valerie is so amazing! She is always available to answer any questions and assist me when needed. I am pleased with this well kept great location of an establishment. This place is definitely highly recommended !

This place rocks! Very well kept, clean, neat, and efficient. The free truck is also a great perk that made me select them. Manager Valerie was very organized and patient when I arrived, She was thorough and made my experience even that much better. Also, the truck rides great and gets geat mileage!!!

Great place, great location, good prices. Staff was excellent from start to finish. Will use again. Had 2 units and one was gotten 1 month after the other. Very smooth update to have multiple units. Worst part of all storage places is feeling safe and carts. This place has those isses covered.

Easy to rent, love the free truck even though we had a u-haul. It is nice to have an option if ever needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator was fast ans easy to use. Love the over size carts! Very helpful. Over all easy and painless move.

Had something very important stolen while moving units inside the building. The staff was not helpful in finding out who did it and where it went. The only other person on the floor was the cleaning person when it happened.

Taking stars away because there is only one elevator and everyone on a weekend is trying to use it at once. Hard to maneuver the carts but it is nice that they have plenty to offer to help you move your stuff in and out.
