I have been at this Public Storage since I moved back to SA in 2013. That is when I met Mary Ann. We live in a world of cell phones and distractions; a time when we dont stop to know a persons name much less any details of their life. Youll never feel that way when you walk in the door of the Helotes PS. Mary Ann is the gem that keeps this PS in tip top shape and she is the reason there is a waiting list a mile long to get in. No matter how long I was away, when I returned to my unit, she always remembered me, she asked about my family (whom she met and always remembered when they came with me to get things from my unit) and she always had uplifting stories to relay. She is one of the most engaging, kind hearted, helpful people that I have come across in quite a while, and I feel richer for having had the opportunity to get to know her. To be honest, I was actually a little sad that I finally emptied my unit and had to leave. I will miss Mary Ann, her kindness, the cleanliness of the facility, her willingness to help whenever she could and her positive attitude. If you are in need of storage with great service - please dont hesitate to call on Mary Ann and Public Storage.

I rented a storage unit on Oct 15th. I was going through an emotional time in my life as my wife and I had just seperated that day. I explained this to the girl who was working that day. She seemed understanding to my situation and was eager to help me out. Her name is violet. The longer I was there shopping for a unit I noticed she was throwing herself at me. Which at the moment given everything I was going through that day was a bit flattering. However what she did next caught me by surprise. She took my phone out of my hand and wrote a review about herself from my phone. She then wrote her personal cell phone number on the back of her business card & asked me to call her. I regret ever going to that location. Heads up men if youre going through marital problems steer clear of this location.

Mary Ann is excellent, great customer service very professional and knows how to help you in every way she can. Love, love, love the follow-up and fast friendly service she provided us. Mary Ann is very friendly as she was when I came in a few months ago to find out where I wanted to store my Household from Montana. Yay they will be here tomorrow, love the big storage we rented today. Office is clean, property is immaculate very beautiful. Large open spaces for big trucks to back up and unload. Storage is clean and well-kept. Highly recommend especially the bathroom nice and clean! Great prices!!!!

Mary Ann is great, but the district manager could care less about the customers so it doesnt matter since Mary Ann has no authority. The building was burglarized in Oct of 2016 because the door outside the office wont close. They have known about the problem for at least a year and as of Jan 1 2017 it still wasnt fixed. Several calls made with no results. If you value your property find somewhere else to store it. I was robbed of over 4000.00 in parts and tools, and the public storage insurance denied several items. I am not happy, if I could give them a zero I would

Have rented space at this location for over a year now and from the moment we walked in to check it out to even today, the service from Mary Ann has ALWAYS been professional, friendly and fast. She knows her stuff and goes out of her way to help in whatever way she can. The storage spaces always seem to be clean near and around our unit, so I am assuming she has alot to do with that in her clean up and walk throughs...No friendly person around...She DESERVES a raise for all that she does

Helotes Public Storage is the cleanest facility around. MaryAnn is very professional and i would recommend this location to anyone in the Helotes area. The price is not always the cheapest but the specials and service makes up for it. And convenience with lots of moving supplies. if not anything just go in and see for yourself.

Two stars for units/property being clean and kept up and for Mary Ann being very polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help. BUT!... After only having my unit for barely 6 months my rate was increased fifteen dollars!! That is in my opinion the WORST in customer service!
