I loved the quick efficiency of both the 800 number setting up my reservation and Mariana at the office. The 800 number let me know about the special, took my information and scheduled my appointment to see the unit in fantastic and informative time. They gave me, I thought, all the fees and information needed to get into the unit the same day. When I arrived for my appointment to view the unit and sign up I met Mariana whose quick efficiency I will also associate with everything Public Storage from now on and friendly chatter made the appointment very amenable. The only issue keeping me from a 5 star rating was the 800 nuber told me I could bring my own pad lock to the unit but while touring the facility with Mariana I was informed I needed a special kind of lock and that they do sell them there. It was an additional $18.99 plus tax. That is the kind of information that should be coordinated in their system. They texted, emailed and called me with the information I needed. This is a well organized business as well as facility. Thank you.

Great Customer Service!!!! I have to start this review off with a confession. I was not always one of your best customers. Towards the latter period of my rental, I was behind on my payment for at least 18 months if not more. Thanks to the due diligence and professionalism of Mariana, the manager at this location, I always paid my bill by the last day of the current month. Mariana would call me early in the month to see if she could get a payment commitment from me. She was always friendly, courteous, and upbeat during our conversations. Sometimes I did not make my payment by the commitment date given but I made sure I got it in by the last day of the month to not only avoid a lien but because of Marianas politeness and professionalism. I did not want to let her down by not paying my bill. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for your storage needs. The hills are a little steep and the road narrow but the customer service more than makes up for these minor inconveniences.

Not a place you want to store your belongings! I am going through a nightmare from hell with this place. Warning: Rat and Mice infestation. Even if you are an OCD type of clean and organized person, like myself, you better be prepared. I had a long review to write about with my experience Im having with this place/dump right now, but, it was too long and it makes me so upset thinking about it. My advice to those who are thinking/ planning to rent a unit here is to turn around and run, save yourself the hassle and stress! But, if you have no other choice and have to rent a unit here, be sure and purchase insurance they provide here and/or elsewhere. Hopefully, the outcome of my awful experience will be what this insurance I purchased can provide for my loss.... Keeping my fingers crossed! This place doesnt deserve one star, but, that is not an option. This location deserves a professional exterminator, I give that idea five stars!

The property is safe, secure & actively maintained--exactly what I was looking for in a place to store my belongings. Even with the recent storms, my unit experienced no leaks! That should be enough for a 5 star review... What stands out the most, however, is the wonderful customer service Ive received any time I come here to unload or pick up my things! Mariana & Ermilio are both joys to interact with: always a smile & friendly greeting; they know me by name, which surprised me since I know Im not their only customer. But they make you feel as if you are. I am truly thankful to have met them; they helped make a difficult transition MUCH easier. Seriously some great people working there. They go the extra mile to satisfy and keep their customers happy. I think I should write this, In the month of Jan 2016, I leased out a storage unit in this location, Mark helped me with signing up and promised me to give access to the facility after 9 PM, however, the access was not given, when I went to open the door with my access code, it did not open, probably an oversight, which is okay. I had to move and unload my stuff to my apartment. The next day, I explained the situation to the manager and the expense I incurred because of not having access as expected. The manager agreed to make it up by giving me some benefit in the next months rent.

I rented unit 180 for a couple of months and from the beginning the manager Mariana was very nice. I would recommend this location to everyone and I will be back if I need to put anything else in storage ! Mariana knows how to treat Customers well ! Thank You Mariana for my making my First experience with Public Storage a good one! The location is 9529 Fredericksburg was great because I didnt have go far to move ! So come on people store your stuff at this location because you will be treated good by Mariana !!! Thank You Lisa

While visiting San Antonio, I realized I had completely forgotten to pay my storage in Magnolia, Tx. I visited this local public storage location to see if they would accept my payment. I was very pleased with how helpful the property manager was in assisting me with my payment despite my storage being at another location... she even helped me set up online bill pay! Marianas poise and customer service has definitely proven that I made the right choice in going with Public Storage.

Occupying a unit at this location was Ok...although I think its terrible when your needing to use their bathroom,It was So disgusting..I couldnt even step foot in there.I did bring it up to manager Mariannas attention and she replayed whats wrong with it ? I then told her its filthy dirty !! trashcan is overflowing onto the floor !! I have had Public Storage s in the past and I had never seen a bathroom this filthy !

The customer service was excellent and the facility at this location is very clean. I like the location of where the property is. I would recommend this location to anyone wishing or looking to rent a storage unit. The personnel at this location are down to earth and give a new meaning to what customer service is all about. Mariana is the best and deserves some recognition for all her hard work.

I went in to update my info and make monthly payment today at the your office. Met Susie and she was the most personal person Ive seen in the Office since the mid1990s. Along with being the most helpful, she was efficient. Susie made my day with her sunny attitude and personality. I actually stayed longer than I intended. "SHES A KEEPER" in anyones business.
