This is a reply to a Brendan Mcleod, a college student who wanted to rent a storage unit to have a rock band practice inside a climate controlled building and who found me to be rude. We rent storage, not spaces for band practice, a use that is a public noise nuisance. IF you call a landlord up and request to rent for a purpose that is a City Ordinance Compliance Issue, only a foolish person would expect a cordial, warm welcome. Any person who wants to rent from us for a purpose that is objectionable to other tenants and neighbors and regulated by City Ordinance will not be given the courtesy of a warm welcome here.

I cannot believe how rude the manager here is. I called to enquire about a unit. I simply asked about their noise policy and he went on a short rant about city zoning ordinances before HANGING UP ON ME. That is not how good business works and I will be taking mine elsewhere. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Love this place, staff is courteous and units are clean. Just what my daughter and her roommates needed.
