I have rented a 30 foot unit here for a year. As with storage units, I rarely if ever had to talk to Managment. And never had a problem up until October when I got a letter thanking me for my time at the storage facility and asking me to come back to them if I ever needed a unit again. Not a clue of what was going on Virginia assured me it was all okay and everything was still good. I go back in November to get my snow blower out right after the big snow and the gates frozen shut. And stayed frozen shut for the next full week. They finally got a shovel out after a week and got the gate open. Went to get into my unit and the snow was drifted up 7 feet to the top of the door and about 8 feet out. I had to dig my door out, to get my snow blower out, to snow blow my doors out. Because they didnt want to pay for anyone to come plow snow. And then the straw that broke the camels back. I went in yesterday to grab some parts for my snowmobile and there is a red lock on my door and both my expensive round master locks are chopped off. Not knowing what was going on I tried calling. I found on their front door they have posted, "If you have a lock on your door, and shouldnt have a lock on your door, please call me. I have lost files of who is in what unit and I need to get updated info. Sorry for any inconvenience." REALLY?!?!? Since then I have made a total of 12 phone calls to them with no answer or call backs. I have called the Williston police department and they advised me that they cannot hold my items with no notice and no billing problems so I will be getting them out and I have just taken a unit out at Als mini storage because of how fast he answered the phone and how curtious he was. I will never tell anyone to go to Williston mini storage and will stop everyone I can. Worst experince Ive ever had in such a low communication business.

Terrible customer service. I called a day ahead of time to let her know we will need a storage unit and then called half an hour ahead of time to let the manager know my husband will be there, she said ok, Ill be there. My husband got there and she was not there, I tried calling multiple times and so did my husband. I called around to other storage unit and got into one. She then calls me back half an hour later saying she was there now and I dont know if true or not but told me this story of why she couldnt answear her phone and why she wasnt there on time. I told her we found something else and thanked her for her time. Go somewhere else. There are better storage units at way better prices! Editing to say, she was very unprofessional and kept rambling on about how the old associate was so bad at her job and talked to me about personal stuff going on in her life.

It is unfortunate that I have to provide even 1 star since no stars would be most fitting. As with a previous review I, too, had a recurring bill after I discontinued my two units. The prices doubled in November for no reason, which shouldnt have mattered since I was no longer using this facility. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for several months. I was working with one person, she quit, then I started over with a person named "Mattie.". She seemed genuinely interested in helping in the beginning. However, she never returned calls, had terrible follow up and just today (June 4, 2015) told me that she could care less if I got my money back. The conversation began fine but she became agitated and claimed that I was trying to "play" her and "be funny" with her....whatever that means.

Terrible, go elsewhere. Only reason they get one star is because when they were Schatz Storage they were great. Once new management took over the rates were raised twice with in 6 mos, first time with no notification at all. Horrible management each time they changed hands/ownership which was more than twice in a year and a half. Have been out for over a year and half and still never received my security deposit back after speaking to several different people numerous times.

I had a recurring bill for my 10x 10 unit I was renting from shatz...without any notice or warning the tacked on an extra 50 dollars a month. bringing the total to 135 a month, which is outrageous. Ive also received text messages from the owners accusing me of things I did not do. terrible customer service and terrible rates. am looking else where. avoid shatz.

Had the opportunity to call WMS to set up a time to look at the facility. Our company is moving back with oil moving up in price. The manager was great and with special pricing for the returning folks. I set up a time for March and all is on track. Thank you
