Upon arriving to StorQuest, I was met by a young lady in the office that welcomed me and was kind and respectful. Her name was Jane and during the time I was there, Jane went over all my options and needs for a rental space including size and location. I was given a great rate on the first months rent and then Jane walked with me to show me where my storage unit was. It was clean and in perfect condition and working order. I would say that I have found the right place to secure my personal belongings. The gate requires a code to get in and out, there are cameras throughout the location and safety and security in top priority at StorQuest. I feel as If Im a special client and I would tell all my friends and co-workers where to go for their storage needs. Thank You Jane for a great experience and welcome. David Wasley

Love the price was told 33 then when we get there to sign papers we are told that we have to pay 10 dollars insurance and it may go up in 6 months that this was a promotional price. This was not told to us when we called asking for prices. Was not very happy about that. On the website it does not say promotional price it says online price and in store price. It I does go up 10 more dollars I will be moving to a store unit closer that I find for the same price. So with the 10 insurance that was not told to me when I called we pay 44 and I find a place closer that is 54 if my price goes up 10 dollars. When you call a place looking for prices you should disclose all information on what I would be paying.

I called every storage facility in the vicinity and chose StorQuest, Jane was professional yet personable, she articulated all my options clearly, toured me through the facility and walked me through the rental process with speed and clarity. The facility is always clean and the staff has proven to be very attentive, friendly and eager to answer any questions I have had. I recommend StorQuest for those who desire a safe, clean and well attended storage facility.

The Managment team and customer service was great, they even went out of there way to help me load a few things that where heavy in my truck, I will def tell others about the great customer service and great deals they have going on, plus they watch your belongings to make sure no one messes with them which is a big problem in this town. I recommend them to anyone interested in getting storage.

Storquest suproceeded my expectations of quality customer service! I called today to reserve a spot for a travel trailor and Jane made the experience painless! Everyone I encountered (from call center rep to owner) was very friendly and pleasant!!! The facility is very well maintained and clean. I feel a sense of security knowing my camper will be stored at this location!

The customer service was wonderful.. very fast and efficient. I would recommend this storage unit. The unit was very clean and newer. Safety is our main concern while storing our belongings we felt with the cameras and secured gates its the best storage you can get in the Bakken. Also price was right on the money. Definitely 5 stars..

Ive rented from storage facilities before, the customer service was always good, but not nearly as friendly and helpful as the staff at StorQuest! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and security of the facility as well! I definitely recommend anyone to trust their belongings to be safe and secure there!
