I hate it here! The customer service sucks, if it wasnt a huge hassle to move my stuff id be gone. I have had my stuff here for FOUR years, and every time I have reached out for help I never get it. The rates jump up each and every year. I dont know what the ladys issue is with me, but am fed up with it. Am done with the poor customer service, ill have someone move my stuff out for me. I pay each and every month to be treated as trash as soon I ask for help. Save yourself the headache...

My brother is a policemen in Lubbock and he recommended your facility as the safest and most secure in Lubbock. Thanks J.B. for taking the information over the phone so that I could move my stuff in on Sunday. This was a great help because I was moving back to Lubbock from Seattle and did not arrive until late Saturday night. Thanks, Kacie.

Super SATISFIED! Super CLEAN, Super SECURE. Especially, the store manager Elizabeth is super friendly and she cares about her customers. I use a dust-free storage and it is much better than I expected. Youd better stop by if you are looking for a storage in Lubbock. Definitely the best and you will love it.

I would recommend this location to anyone! I was very pleased with the customer service that I was given. I called on a Saturday and it didnt open til 9:00 and JB offered to meet me out there early, no extra charge. The place is clean and I feel safe that all my stuff is secure. Thanks soo much!! :)

Storage today is the perfect place to store your belongings. I being a college student living 9 hours away needed a storage unit and they even gave me a college discount! Aside from that the hours are great a feasible, with such friendly staff! Highly recommend storage today if needing a storage unit.

This was a great place for me to store my things. It was always clean and inside my unit I never had problem with bugs or rodents. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants there things to stay clean. The Staff was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had.

I am really thankful for this place! I moved to Lubbock on Memorial Day weekend and even though they were closed, someone came up so that I could get my things unloaded. I have a dust controlled unit & am very pleased with the location and the ease of getting to my things.

Storage today is great!!! They were very efficient and well organized! Elizabeth was fantastic and very helpful! They have all kinds of storage options with great security! I would recommend them 100%! Great pricing especially for college students!!

The prices here are low and very fair for college students. The lady in the front was very nice and friendly. Would defiantly recommend for anyone. Plus if you have to wait there is a pretty comfortable couch in the front. A+++
