I was in a time crunch when I needed to leave my apartment and where to store my belongings. I looked up PS online and was just looking for the best deal on the smallest space possible. I wasnt sure exactly how much the smallest and medium sized units could hold so I called this exact location. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Jennifer and she could not have made the experience any more enjoyable. I called very frantic and she invited me to come down and take a look at the available units and then I could decide. I told Jennifer my situation and that I needed the unit for only a month tops. She did her magic and was able to get me a great deal on a larger storage unit which made my life 100% less stressful. She is a great employee and demonstrates the qualities in an outstanding customer service employee!! Great experience and great people working here!!!!!!! DEF USE !!!!!!

My girlfriend and I came from Oregon and were treated so well. We had originally went to a Public Storage on the other side of town - were given a lock for free from that location, that had been left by a previous occupant, the manager had also called ahead to this branch and we were given a big reduction on an even bigger unit. We had to leave Colorado, and were not able to take everything with us. The manager, Tiffany, reached out to me and worked with us on getting the items in their dumpster, with no additional charge. We needed every bit of their professionalism and kindness that we received. Thank you, thank you Public Storage on Centennial. I would highly recommend them to anyone - although they may not have the same deals as we received, you can be assured that they will work with you as best as they can. We worked with Cindy and had a very good experience. We had been looking for a place to store our boat and/or motorhome. We were not successful finding a site near our home but dealt with a number of individuals in positions similar to Cindy. Cindy was excellent: knowledgeable and accommodating but not pushy. She knew questions to ask us to help us get what would help us solve storage problems. We chose a very large unit for our motorhome. We didnt discover how difficult access would be until we high centered the RV backing in. We successfully got the RV into the unit but realized we would never be able to do this on a regular basis. We carefully took the motorhome out a month or so later using many wood blocks etc. to make it work. Cindy was understanding and identified a parking space for our motorhome.

Been a customer for 15 years. I pay $286/month for a 10 x 30 unit. Found out that if Im a new renter the rate is $145? I asked for the current rate, but they say they cant do it. Not very helpful - "its not my decision". I actually called the national corporate offices and they were not willing to help either. They say the only way I can get the lower rate is to move to a different unit? How much sense does that make? Its the same exact unit, just a few units down. They think the best way to handle the situation is to have me spend a day moving all of my business items 4 units down so the computer can accept the rate. Maybe good for the short term, but they really put it to you if you have been a loyal customer for 13 years. Theyll raise your rent like clockwork every year by 10% also.

Great initial check-in process with Cindy O. Price is right for the unit I have chosen. Only issue Ive seen with this location is the preponderance of the main gate to the storage units is usually stuck in the "up" and open position. 40% of the time, the gate doesnt return down after a vehicle goes through. I mentioned it to the facility attendant later in the day that I checked in. Still doing it a week later. I have arrived to the facility to drop off some boxes and the gate is open. And after being at the unit for 10 minutes, I approach the gate to depart with no sign of any vehicle having gone through and the gate is raised open. ????

I have been using this place for over a year. I opened my unit the other day, and all my stuff was covered in a thick layer of dry dirt, possibly blown into the unit by wind. The staff in general is decent, However there is one person I cannot deal with, due to her poor attitude. Be careful about the promised rate. I have one of the small units, and I signed up at 60 dollars a month, and now a year later, have found that they increased my rent to $90 a month, sending me a notification email. Very shady business practice in my book. I think its time to start looking for someone else.

After looking at many storage options, Public Storage was by far the least expensive for the size we were looking to rent. Went to the facility and Krista was very helpful and knowledgeable about the lease, terms, costs and clearly explained everything to us, including the fact that we may see an increase in our rent during the year but that we would be notified well in advance. Big thanks for giving us that info so we would not be surprised by anything. Also a big plus for us was the cleanliness of the unit. Very impressed by Public Storage and its units.

Cindy O. has been extremely helpful every time I gone into the office. She was very informative when I came in initially and set up a reservation for me and gave me information and advice in dealing with my moving company upon delivery of my goods. Then, after I rented a storage unit, she helped me gain access for the moving truck, let me use the office phone when my cell phone was not working, and has been attentive, kind, and helpful at every step in the process. I have HIGHLY recommend this storage facility to friends and family.

Cindy ad Dean very pleasant to work with. They go above and beyond to help make moving an easy going experience. We were running late to get to the Springs due to heavy traffic on I-25, we were able to text Cindy to let her know and she was willing to stay until we arrived which was at 5pm. The unit is clean. Dean has helped us with whatever maintenance is needed. He helped us with the door which was off track and made sure it is secure. The service is professional and friendly, we are very pleased with this storage facility.

Punctual on returning call for reservations. which was nice. But what made the 5 stars was Dexter. Especially enjoyed their rep Dexter. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the facility. He not only explained everything, but was understanding and had patience for my numerous question. The location was also very clean compared to some other rental units Ive used in the past. Even upon closing out my unit, the two staff members, were just as friendly. Recommended this place with 5Stars!!
