Have no idea why the previous review would judge a business by the appearance of two employees at a mini storage? He must have preferred the employees be addressed in tuxedos and catering to the every need of the bitchy customers. Really? This place is fabulous. Cyrus has always been friendly and respectful and has worked with me when my rent was in arrears. Andrew is kind and always offers me a receipt and a smile when I greet him. I have been a customer at All American for 4 -5 years and have never seen the place dirty. The other customer must have gotten locked due to their bitchy attitude and non-payment. I only hope that All American received enough compensation from the sale of thomas scotts property at auction to pay for his rude, inconsiderate and personal attack on a couple of employed individuals who make a difference. Give me a break!

I <3 this place!! The employees are always helpful and polite. I didnt know when I put my stuff in there over two years ago that Id be homeless for these past two years, but it happened, and the staff has been totally supportive and caring. The location is prime as well. Ill always recommend this storage facility!! Thank you All-American!!

Ive used All American Mini Storage on and off over the past several years. Without fail, AAMS has provided the most efficient and prompt customer service. In addition, the facility is clean and secure, including but not limited to 24/7 video surveillance and units only accessible when management is on site. AAMS is the best of the best!

I went with the storage facility because the prices are better than most. I feel like it is secure and well tended. Sometimes they have specials which can save money on rent. I would give it 4.5 stars due to accessible hours, but overall Im pleased.

Ive had a storage unit at All American for three years, as Ive been traveling a lot. I feel confident that all will be good each time Im back in Denver and need to add or remove something from storage. Staff has always been very friendly.

Great location, solid customer service. Hours are a little limited, but planning ahead makes that a moot point. Rates reasonable for urban area as well. Access very convenient. I am a very satisfied customer of over one year.
