I have had a storage unit at Broadway Self Storage since 2000. I originally chose to have my storage unit at Broadway Self Storage because they were one of the few places that would sign for packages and then place the packages directly in my unit. Because I worked with heat sensitive materials for work it was also important to me that my unit was temperature controlled. The other deciding factor for me to choose Broadway Self Storage was the location. Since I lived downtown near Wash Park the location was perfect. The building is always clean, well lit, and I appreciate that they have both access through the front door and access through the back door off the alley. They also offer free cold water to their customers, which Ive never seen any other storage facility offer. Ive never had any issues at Broadway Storage and in fact I feel like they have gone above and beyond for me. When I first moved in I realized that I really needed to have a power outlet so I could plug in a light. Since I mainly used my storage unit for work purposes this was very important, but not something I thought about until after I had moved in. A day later the owner called me and said they just had their electrician install a power outlet for me in my unit. I was so grateful for that. I found out later that this wasnt something they did for people, but because I took a chance and had asked and because they knew it was important for me for the work I was doing, they took it upon themselves to pay their electrician to do this. They never asked me for any additional money and even though I offered them some money to help them pay the electrician they wouldnt accept it. Over the years I have gotten to know the owner, who has always been extremely friendly to me, and his son, who also works at Broadway Self Storage. The owners son has always offered to help me with anything I needed. Whether its helping me to carry something to or from the car, to getting me a band-aid when Ive cut my hand, to allowing me to stay a few minutes past closing so I could finish what I was doing. Broadway Self Storage has always been very accommodating and I appreciate everything they have done for me over the years. Ive now been there for almost 15 years and as long as I have things that need to be stored I will always remain one of their loyal customers.

A locally-owned/operated business with customer service as a priority. The staff is very friendly and this team goes above and beyond to offer the lil extras that make this place a great value. Convenient location, clean, safe, and they even offer mail boxes and accept packages for you.

Its just the downright friendliest and most convenient storage space around. The prices are good, but they are way better than they seem as there are NO hidden bull**** admin fees and deposits and lock charges, etc... Check them out... I recommend it. 5 stars.

This is absolutely the best at storage facility in the central Denver area. Get customer service coupled with a clean facility is exactly why 12 Broadway Storage has been in business for so long. Great value especially for the location!

Have used them for many years. Our storage area always smells and looks clean. The staff is friendly, and the location is topnotch. I kind of like the old-building feel and the funky elevator (grin).
