Well save the best for last. The value is impeccable. The security is on part with industry standards, and they were upgrading when I was in the office, and adding even more cameras The facility is excellently maintained. While I was there, Caitlin helped at least 10 customers, almost all of us new customers with no prior reservation. I turned in a uhaul trailer and expected to pay more than I did. It was incredibly refreshing, after a 2500 mile pilgrimage, to receive such hospitality, customer service and the feeling of being welcomed. I cant believe what a gem Manitou springs is, and the first impression matches the spectacular ambience.

This one is the best storage facility we have ever used, and we have used many, many storage units. The staff is amazing and helpful and treat you like a human and not like A profit. They remember you, they know you and they help you even if its to vacate instead of stay, they dont pressure you to stay. Theyre straight with you, always real, but still always real nice, too. We are return customers even though it is out of our way, because they are so good, and if we ever need another unit we will be back! Thank you StorQuest staff!!! You are the BEST!!!!!

Caitlin was absolutely fantastic as far as customer service. She went above and beyond to help me not only set up a transfer of my storage from Parker, but she set me up with the right size U-Haul trailer for my move. It was ordered on the spot. I received email confirmation of my new storage unit and the U-Haul trailer all set and ready for use on my needed future date. Best Storage in town! Ive stored my stuff at a few different places in town and this is the location is my favorite. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Best customer service in the entire Colorado Springs/Manitu springs area. The place is always clean. That means something yall.. all of these other really cheap places are kind of dirty and not taking care of. Mostly the reason why I moved from a couple of locations. This place is always tip top. You get what you pay for and here you get something great.

I have often purchased boxes from this location for mailing purposes. The last time I needed an odd shaped box, they didnt have anything,. They recommended I use the plastic wrap they sell. Unfortunately, when I called the USPS, they said they couldnt accept the package if wrapped that way. StorQuest personnel worked to get me a refund because the product was used and returned in good condition. I appreciated their helpful suggestion and their willingness to refund when it didnt work out.

Awesome experience! Shout out to the ladies at StorQuest! They are very relaxed, friendly, and helpful. They got me set up with a storage unit in a short amount of time, and my first month was only $31 and they helped me out with a lock because i didnt bring my own! I got a super accessible unit that was very clean and even got a hand putting the items in my vehicle into the unit. Thanks for that Chelsey! I will be using you guys for all my storage from here on out.

I was notified on a Friday that a storage unit full of my things was about to go to auction! With only the weekend before auction, Storquest worked with the Manitou Springs Police to sort things out and agreed to put a temporary hold on the unit. Together they were able to take the steps needed to grant me access to the unit and see that all the charges were placed with the responsible party. When I needed help they chose to do what was right. Thank you!

Very clean. The manager was very helpful. Corporate call center was disappointing. They did not say anything about the $20 one time setup fee and the required insurance on the unit. It felt like they were hiding the extra cost. The manager of the local branch atepped up and worded out the extra hidden cost. Overall it was a good experience and I will recommend this to friends.

The manager went above beyond for me, which helped aliviate my stress with moving, so very much appreciated, will recommend them highly to anyone and everyone, a top notch place!

Ive rented a storage unit in Manitou Springs for more than six months. Caitlin and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. She had an extra lock for me to use and didnt make me buy one. Would rent a unit there again and would highly recommend StorQuest in Manitou Springs.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Super helpful! The facility itself is well kept and you can tell they take pride in the property. 24 hour surveillance, on site manager 24 hour, coded gate, online payments, and discrete location. Supurb!!!

The people are easy to work with, but they keep raising the rates, started at $70.00 a month for the small storage unit and now its $96.00 with the required insurance. If it keeps going up Ill have to look else where.

The positive thing about this storage is very neat and have security cameras. I feel safe coming in and out. The unit is smaller but a little high cost of using the unit. Hope it wont increase anymore.
