Use these guys ONLY if you have LONG term storage needs. I needed a 1-br apartment move from Colo Spgs to Denver, with a 1-2 week storage need in between. They were happy to accommodate, but didnt tell me the TOTAL cost. Instead it was all piecemeal costs (which is my fault for not pressing them to fully understand the TOTAL cost). The staff was very nice, but they didnt tell me that they outsourced to APACA Moving in Colorado Springs. The communication between the two companies didnt work. I received a text from Closetbox that the movers would be there between 8-10a on the day of the move. The movers (APACA) didnt show up until 12:30p and said they had been told to go move someone else first. They then proceeded to take 6 HOURS to move a 1-BR APT! In an Assisted Living facility where 60% of the residents require the use of the elevator throughout they day, we had the elevator blocked off for the movers for 6-hours! Ive had movers move a 5-br home in less time than that. I called to tell ClosetBox I cant take that risk again for the move-in. Again, the staff was very nice, and happily charged me to pick up our own items from the warehouse APACA stored it at! Seriously? I am hiring a trusted mover with proven results (Black Belt Movers) to drive all the way down from Denver to pick up our possessions from APACA and drive them back up to Denver to move into the new 1-br -- because again, its Assisted Living and I can not take chances like that. I spoke with the supervisor at ClosetBox, who "generously" offered me a token $25 off. Sorry ClosetBox -- you just turned into someone who will definitely NOT recommend you.

Highly disappointed with my experience using this valet moving service. Although the concept seems great, there was a major lack of communication from the closetbox staff. I dealt with account cancellations, late delivery of my items and overall horrible customer service. I did not have a bed to sleep on in my new house for 4 days due to the companys own mix up with my account. They failed to communicate the issues with me and did not offer price adjustment for the major inconvenience. The entire situation made me question the legitimacy of the company. I do not recommend using closetbox to anyone!!

What started out great has now ended bad. The move was easy trying to get my things back has been a headache. They dont have weekend hours unless you want them to deliver and now trying to get someone on the phone or to return a call is a nightmare. Ive stored my things for over 6 months and this is not what I signed up for. There customers services skills are lacking and they still except me to pay for a extra month even though Im moving out before the due date and they arent delivering. I just not happy with the process.

Very good ! Front door service , and I didnt have to lift heavy things . The guys were exceptional in attitude , professionalism , and doing above average job wrapping my furniture and lifting down 3 flights of stairs . Glad I didnt have to get my friends and family to help me love these hard items ... again I would definitely recommend this company to any one who is moving ! Michelle

I used Closetbox to hold my items for 2 months while in the process of buying my house. They were AMAZING! Picked my items up, stored them and when they brought them back to my house they actually moved the items to the rooms I needed them to be in. When I remodel my basement Closetbox will be the first people I call to come get my stuff and store it while I remodel!

I am pleased to know there is no Storage place like Closet box (CB). Not only will CB pickup your thing, but when you move into a new place of residents, you are able to call and have your things delivered promptly. As a college student I move around a lot, and CB is perfect. Keep it up CB, and keep hiring respectful workers that get the job done, while working hard.
