I have been in the same unit for 3+ years. We Loved it before it changed owners. Before SecurCare it was Storage Solutions, they were awesome, great customer service, involved in the community, and worry free. Now, they are unfriendly, not involved in anything, and very irresponsible. Not only did our rates go up, but they "loose" our information for auto payment, Then restict access without notice, its like I have to babysit them. We will be gone soon. The only thing that gives them 1 star is the cleanliness and it being an inside climate controlled unit. (Which it always has been)
