I just recently rented a unit, and i do not agree with the other review AT ALL!!! I moved from another storage lot in the area because they raised my rent by 50$ without any notice. Claremont had the best prices in the area and the storage units were very clean and well monitored. The management were very friendly and office and premises were well maintained. Personally i would recommend this place to anyone.Also sometimes you get what you pay for, I personally would have paid more if the storage lot i used to rent from would have been as nice as this one! Now I pay less and get more...sounds like a good deal to me!

I have to say at first I was deterred because of the reviews but I decided to go in and see the facility myself. I went to the facility and was greeted by the on site manager Chris. He was very respectable, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the facility and paperwork. I was impressed and would recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, military-friendly and conveniently located storage unit.

BE WARE! We were enticed to move from other nearby facility and offered price match. Three months later given significant price increase. Blamed previous managers for unauthorized offer (which should not be our problem). Wrote a review earlier regarding this and it was removed, as this one will probably by. We will move and never reccommend this facility to anyone. Owners do not appear to back their managers.
