Because of the every SKYROCKETING rent prices in the Denver area, I found myself in desperate need to store nearly all of my belongings....after looking around I realized this stuff is EXPENSIVE. Storquest is literally about a mile from where I work and when I stopped in to chat with Miles and Christopher it was great. They showed me the units, got me squared away with everything! The pricing seemed more than reasonable, and that sign up extra didnt hurt. Christopher was amazing in giving me every little detail and answering any questions I had and setting me up with all the gear I would need (and being honest on which I could pass on)! Equally, when I came back in to ask some (okay, mostly all) of the same questions, because Im a space case, Miles took the time out to answer anything and everything! They guys are great to just stop by and chat with too! The facility is nice, and I havent had any problems at all with my unit!

I was late due to my movers. I called StorQuest in a panic and the store manager Miles answered. He said they were closed. I had a moving company and 2 huge trucks full of stuff. Miles was amazing and stayed late. Not only that but he gave me a great deal on 2 storage units and locks, walking me to both storage units and making sure all was good. The place is super clean and easy to get around. Customer Service through the roof! Thank you Miles and StorQuest for being the best part of my stressful move!

awesome experience. i reserved a truck online. the day before the move my new apartment complex calls me and says they have to change the apartment and move in date to a week later. insane! i drove over to storquest and they quickly changed my truck reservation and gave me a great deal on a storage unit. i couldnt have asked for better customer service. the truck was ready to go when i arrived and the storage unit was clean. i wish all companies were this helpful and friendly when unexpected changes come up.

I came in after a very frustrating morning trying to tow something and the man working was so amazing. He set me up with exactly what i needed and super fast. Not only that he talked to me like a person not a dumb girl. He helped me hook up the trailor was talked me through things while talking to me like i knew what he was saying. So nice to have help but not be talked down to. Best part great price easily 10 cheaper than other places ive been. Highly recommend them and i will be coming back.

Ive been using StorQuest at the Jordan location for off and on 10 years now. Ive always come back to them not only for the convenience but the quality service they continue to provide. Rarely have I had issues; anything that could be a problem is cleared up by their very supportive staff, usually on the spot. Ive sent at least two friends to their location who have been very happy with their business. I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a try if you are in the area.

I have been leasing storage space from this location off-n-on for about 10 years. The staff is amazing. Dan, the former manager always went out of his way to accommodate me. I miss seeing him when I drop by. The new staff, Carla and Miles are just as great! Whenever I drop in to pay my storage fee they make me feel like family. I would highly recommend this particular location to anyone needing a safe, secure and convenient place for their storage needs.

Friendly, fun, and straight forward. The gates and fences arent bad and the street space is plenty big. the process and price are better than I have found anywhere else in the area. they dont automaticaly charge you for a lock and their contract was plain and straight forward. Overall good choice. My dad has used them for over 3 years which lead us to them even though they a fair bit out of our way.

Very kind and professional staff. All of my questions were answered and explained to me upfront. They were really helpful by showing me around the facility and making sure I got the right size unit for my belonings. And they even rent out UHauls so the whole process was very convenient. And when it comes to the UHaul aspect of the facility, its the best UHaul dealer I have ever been to!

Quick and wonderful experience! We used a storage unit for a few months and a moving truck on the day of the move. There were no issues with the unit, and the truck was all set and ready to go when I got to the facility the morning of moving day. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very polite and helpful throughout the process.

This is the BEST self storage facility I have ever used. I have used them for both personal and commercial use, and every experience has been great. The staff, ESPECIALLY the manager Miles, are extremely polite and helpful. Plus, the rates are incredibly fair. This is, and always will be, my go-to self storage facility.

This is my time renting a unit anywhere and they made it so easy! Chris did a great job explaining the process and helping me with insurance. Locks and packing materials all sold there! The facility is clean and safe. Dan (the manager) is just great to work with. After renting there for several years ( 3 units) I found out about the military discount. Although they would not refund my overpayment for the last couple of years, at least they do offer a military discount.

We just moved from Dallas to Denver and needed a place for self storage in the interim. Dan (StorQuest Manager) was very helpful. He took me around on a golf cart to show me the available options. Great place to rent self storage.

Rip off artists. MESSY truck and they charged me $50 for gas for 1/4 of a tank. Accused me of messing up the inside of the truck. OVER CHARGED for nothing. IN TOWN MOVE = $175. TERRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
