I currently rent an office space at this location with my fiance and have brought other customers to the location to do business as well. This is how I have been repaid.... The manager made a verbal agreement that if I took on the duties of cleaning the bathrooms 3x a week she would discount a 1/2 months rent every 3rd month. This began in November. She conveniently forgot to apply said discount to our rent but they did not forget to apply the late fees to our account. Rent wouldnt have been late if the monies had been applied for my services as they were supposed to be. I gave her the benefit of doubt and she again for got to apply said discount. We are now owed a full month of rent and I told her she needed to find someone else to clean the bathrooms(notice given 2 weeks ago). She has since quit her job and a new lady has taken on the position. When I just went to discuss the rent situation she informed me the lease states all verbal agreements are null and void. So Im sure the previous manager was also aware of this too. And the new manager also knowingly called Animal Control on a Service Dog from our shop. And I quit cleaning the restrooms 2 weeks ago. The new manager has been her 4-5 days and knows there is no soap,toilet paper, seat covers, or paper towels in the restrooms and the restrooms are beyond horrible and she has been asked for 3 days to have something done to make them usable for customers and her response was that she has to tend to MORE PRESSING MATTERS. So it is clear that customer service is not of importance to the management here and they do people dirty to get out of doing the dirty work. I wouldnt recommend this storage and am currently seeking another location to move my business.And I am reporting them to the BBB as well. I hope I am not required to click the star rating to post this cause I wouldnt give them 1 star. But unfortunately clickin the star rating is required. This is a -10 stars in my opinion.

Until Miss Bette got there, my husband and I was about to take our belongings and go some where else. Once Miss Bette got there, we worked out all the bugs from the lies that were told about her and the company and it has been smooth sailing. Miss Bette tells us when changes happen, she works with us when we are late with our payments, and is always honest and respectful. When we have an issue she takes care of it right away. When they have an issue we take care of it right away. It is team work. Since Mr. Wyatt has joined up with Miss Bette, the two have gotten a lot accomplished. Yard is cleaner, doors are repaired, and customers are happier. The atmosphere is beautiful with the garden next to the entrance, the way Miss Bette attends to the flowers is the way she attends to her customers: with love, kindness, understanding, and support. If we have a need she will go out of her way to help us. I have seen her give help to people and have been helped by her. Miss Bette has looked up sites for me to help with moving, finding homes, apartments, and cars for those in need. Miss Bette has even called the ambulance for me when I pulled up in her parking lot in need of medical attention and she was talking to two women. She stayed by my side, called my husband, my daughter, and my boss, made sure I was ok and then went back to the ladies. Thank you Miss Bette and Mr. Wyatt for all your love, support, understanding, and patience. You both know how to take any situation and turn it into a positive one. We love you! God bless you!

HORRIBLE STORAGE PLACE!!! PLEASE READ MY FRIENDS STORY! PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS CLEAN! .. Just as I suspected..the extra money I paid monthly for insurance does not cover damage to my things because of rodents. It is the facilities responsibility to maintain the property. This is very frustrating and inexcusable!!! I could understand a few mouse droppings, spiders, etc but this is a property that has been neglected. The main gate has been broken and left open for 2 weeks; Ill be sure to take pictures of the evidence when I make another trip to my storage today wiping off all the mouse droppings and urine before I load anything in my car. I just want everyone to be aware of this property which is neglected. Ill be sure to tell everyone I know DO NOT store your precious items at the Boy Chuck facility. I work in the area and in the service industry therefore hopefully Ill be able to warn as many potential customers as possible. It is sad this company can literally shrug their shoulders when it comes to my personal loss and the lack of their ability to maintain their property!!!

DO NOT STORE YOUR RV HERE. All of the units get broken into regularly and the management has a "really dont care" attitude about it. I stopped by to get something out of my motorhome and found the door glass broken, screen slit, flat screen and DVR gone. I asked the management why they didnt call me to tell me, they said they "were all broken into" (which is true) and its too hard to keep track of. A week later, when I came back to remove my motorhome, the thieves had returned and taken out my in-dash radio/CD player. The lot is unruly and unkept and in the summer you will fill your shoes up with stickers on every visit. I am now using Public Storage and there is a "night and day" difference as they are well kept and well managed.

I have been renting storage from AMS for over two years now and while I have never had a bad experience with the manager, the old manager was often out and could not be located, The new manager is there during office hours, is friendly, personable, and helpful. When we had an issue with an employee being rude, she investigated and found that we were not alone. we never saw that employee again. Bette Lacey and her assistant Cody have improved the appearance of the property, have helped customers with difficulties move in, out, and rearrange their storage unit, and have worked with temporary financial difficulties when I lost my job far morethan the previous storage unit I had before. I highly reccommend this storage facility!

I went by to check on my 2014 Travel Trailer that I had stored at American Mini Storage on Boychuk Ave. and found the door glass shattered and the screen cut earlier this week. The management did not seem to care and could not even provide a refund when I pulled my trailer out. I complained about the lack of security and they said "we patrol the lot twice a day." They did not offer an explaination of why they did not contact me. I should have known better! The lot looks like a junkyard. Dont put anything on their storage lot that you care about.

I went back when I sold my house on Wednesday and the lady that was there was helping me when a lady and a guy started yelling through the wall. The lady helping me tried talking louder to cover it up but I decided that maybe this wasnt the place for me. I feel sorry for the lady working there and trying to do business with that going on. I was just checking out storage facilities and stopped in. I was impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the 2 ladies working there. When i am ready to move, i will definitely store my belngings there!
