My father in law wanted to rent a unit but doesnt speak English. The person working explained to my 15 y.o. daughter, that since he would be entering into a legal contract, they would require someone 18+ to translate to him. My wife came back later and he was able to rent with her help. This makes sense from a business standpoint if you are having someone enter into a legal binding contract. 1) You want to make sure they understand what they are signing 2) Minors cant enter into a legal contract like a lease, i.e.: translating a legal document Clean, friendly staff, secure access and reasonable pricing

Horrible experience, the man that we spoke to told us that my dad couldnt rent an unit because he "didnt" speak English. The person from the start seem like he didnt want our business, well Evans self storage did plus they were friendly and not judgemental.

Nice people, an afordable. I like the hours to come in and that they open 7 days. They dont sell right away like other places an try to work with you on payment agrangment. The 15 day notice policy is a pain but jus mean I have plan better when move out.

The gentleman working up front was very very rude and since we had paid our storage in advance we really have no choice but to stay there but as soon as our lease is up we will never go back based on the gentlemans actions
