This place went under new management in the last year, and I just love the changes they are making! Theyre cleaning up, beefing up security, extending hours... What used to be a poorly run (and run-down) company is slowly, but surely, getting so much nicer and more convenient! I moved my stuff here when I moved to Greeley from Denver, and couldnt believe how awesome these prices were! I get TWICE the size for the same price of my Denver unit (seriously, its HUGE), and the hours are amazing. Although the office isnt open every day/evening, I can still access my unit during evening hours (but not TOO late, but who really needs something at midnight anyways?). The family who runs this company is the sweetest Christian family that has lived in Greeley forever, and it made me even more glad to be a patron of their business. Making big changes to this place will take a lot more time, but I love seeing business-people making intentional efforts to improve their services for their community.

Rented from them over a weekend to simply move some self-contained storage bins into a storage unit - 10 miles roundtrip. Figured 19.95 + mileage. Max would be $30. Since they are only open from 8-10am on weekends (BS!) - you have to return it while they are gone. You drop your keys in the door and then they charge your Credit card. I think this is their strategy. Well, no surprise - I get dinged a $25 cleaning fee. I call and she says there was a white powder in the back of the truck. First off - hard to believe given I was moving storage bins from my basement. But she says she took pictures of it and as even after pushing her it is obvious I have no recourse at this time. I even went as far as including my gas receipt of $3.75 (1 gallon) to prove that I topped it off as the gas gauge never moved and I could have turned it in.... Bottom line - please go to someone else - there are plenty of uhaul places in town as I wont be using this one again.

The lady that runs the place is extremely rude s and was not honest in regards to returning my deposit first she said I didnt pay then I called back said I have my cancelled check she said hang on then came back and said I left the unit dirty. My husband did sweep it out and left it clean not my fault that there was snow everywhere and water in my unit. This place use to be great but not anymore.
