CUBESMART SELF STORAGE COLORADO SPRINGS COLORADO CHEATED ME AND I MOVED IN Late April 2015 and hastily moved out at the end of May The general manager of That CUBESMART LOCATION treated me liked she was a slave master and I was a dog on a leash and literally purposely overcharged me when I had already gotten and had been quoted the monthly price of my rent at that storage facility by the property manager. I even held on the price with everything included to show to the General Manager of that property and brought it in to her to pay my first month for May 2015 and she said nope, you will pay more, that is not including the rental insurance. I dont care what you were told by the Property Manager you will pay additional, and she even laughed at me as she did a few weeks prior to my opening up the unit there. She also was nasty to me and threatened to call the cops on me and told me only 1 week after moving in because she said she didnt recognize me and she kept asking me what I was doing there and I said you know who I am and why are you treating me this way and talking so nasty to me Maam, and I were actually being by stalkers and the stalkers sat in their vehicle watching me and stalking me right there in front of the office sitting watching me when I went into the gate and when I exited the gate more than 45 minutes later the stalkers were there sitting in their truck and she looked over at the stalkers and said I see youre being watched, and she asked me did I know that and I said yes, I said call the police and she refused, and said maybe you had it coming. Then she walked back inside of the living quarters with a white guy inside there and that was all, and the stalkers drove off all of a sudden 2 minutes after she went into her living quarters. That is not all, the General Manager came into the office on the April 2015 Day at the exact time to see to start my rental agreement between I and the Property Manager. So she was there the entire time and stared at me for 10 minutes , looked me in the eyes, and gave me the nastiest look and I was a complete stranger, she never met me and she frowned and gave me the ugliest looks. And I spoke and said hello and she wouldnt respond. The Property Manager was there typing in my information and the general Manager Lady said wait let me type something in here on his before I forget it and they kept it quiet and would not say anything about It. I Moved out gladly and happily at only a month and near 2 weeks. If youve never seen discrimination before this will be a lesson for anyone to learn. These people never saw me in their life yet they discriminated against me and mocked me and overcharged me. Its okay Let them have the money. I believe in the Karma. It will cost them 1000X more than they cheated me. Hope that all African American Males who are single and alone and no witnesses will stay away from this business. Because when you alone Vulture people will prey on you and attack you and they dont even know you.

I first had business with this CubeSmart at 2310 S. Circle in Colorado Springs CO. It was in Fall of 2013. I was getting deployed long story short when I called last minute for a storage they were available and able to take me that day for an appointment. Maria Mazey showed me around the property and showed me the storage that I was interested in. We started paper work that day and I had my storage available. I returned from my deployment and ended my contract no issues and penalties. Every thing went well. I found myself in need of another storage come Fall of 2015. I went to a few other places in Colorado Springs that were cheaper and a little closer. No offense to the people working there but they just didnt satisfy my wants & needs. So I returned to CubeSmart at the S.Circle location. This time I dealt with Casey Wanless. She was very nice. My girlfriend and I made the appointment last minute they took us in that day and we signed the paper work that day as well. I luckily only needed a storage for a few months. I ended my contract when it was time for me to have room for my own belongings. They arent the cheapest in town but they have excellence service and dedication to making sure your belongings are safe. The other storages I visited were cheap and some had walls that didnt hit the ceiling. So if our storage neighbor had bugs they could easily get into my belongings. At CubeSmart you can enter as early as 6am to 10pm or 1030pm. Other competitors have hours from 8am to 5 or 6pm. Thank you for listening. I will return to this place if I ever need another storage.

I am very happy with the quality of service I received from the CubeSmart Self Storage on 2310 South Circle DR in Colorado Springs, CO. General Manager Maria Mazey was very helpful and saved me from renting the wrong storage unit. She called to tell me that my Harley motorcycle would not fit in a 5X10 storage unit that I had reserved because the door was not wide enough. She switched me to a 10X10 unit and made sure she chose one on level ground close to her office where she could keep an extra eye on my Harley. She even gave me a ride to the airport after I dropped off my motorcycle. The level of personal customer service was outstanding and I am 100% satisfied with my CubeSmart storage experience. I am very grateful to have met Maria Mazey and for all be trouble she saved me! Glen Morris Columbia, MO

I initially rented a large unit in November 2015. Since then we moved a lot of stuff out and needed to rent a smaller unit. The General Manager was very helpful over the phone and Casey was very helpful onsite by arranging the closest unit to make it easier. Received a credit for the days remaining on the larger unit that will be applied to the next months payment. Have always felt good about the security of the location. The company policy is to insure your contents unless you have homeowners or renters insurance that covers. I gave Casey my proof of insurance and the charges were removed from my next month bill.

Most helpful & Friendly staff!!! It was a pleasure to do business with them. It was New Years Eve and they closed early but she stayed around and took care of us and another customer that came in after us. I only deduct a star because the unit we were given - which was the last of that size available had several issues. The roll-up door is broken, the light is broken, the wall that separates the units is only a thin sheet of drywall and it was broken open at one of the seems. There was also a hole in the back wall covered with black tape. Doesnt make us feel real secure about our stuff.

I ninially discovered this site via Google and called the reservations center. The way the gal talked to me you can tell they are trained to SELL ya into those storage units but the rate was right and she was courteous with me so no complaintes there. I forget hte names of the two ladies in the office but they treated me right and were helpful not only at getting us through the paperwork but they also made sure I could get into the gate and led us to our unit. Overall a great experience
