I decided to move up here to be with my dad before winter starts. We came in for a unit cuz as a teenage I have a lot of what he calls "worthless junk" that we couldnt keep at the house yet. Sherrie was a delight she sympathized with my situation, moving making a big change and still wanting to hold on to my "worthless junk" Sherrie never saw it as junk she understood it was memories that I needed to hang on to. She helped in the very best of way getting us the right size unit for it all and putting my mind at eas that it would be safe . She a great woman your company is lucky to have her working so girls like me can have a piece of mind where there memories will be at.

My mother and I showed up a few minutes before closing and Nicki didnt even bat an eye. She showed us our space, explained everything very thoroughly, and made the experience very pleasant. We knew we were infringing on her personal time but not once did she seem bothered by it or us, even taking the time to make sure we knew how to use our code and answered all of my moms questions. She is the best example of above and beyond customer service we have encountered in such a long time!!

My storage unit is in Akron Ohio but I make my transaction at this location and I love it. A guy named Darrell helps me out all the time and he always helps me out to the fullest when I have a problem. He is never rude, his customer service skills is amazing, he always has a smile on his face and I know Im going to leave happy and satisfied when he is there. I give it five stars because of Darrell and I will continue to go back.

Just had all of my professional painting gear, art supplies, yard tools carpentry equipment, cds, most of my vinyl records, mixers, turntables, sound equipment, iPhone 4 (which they used to hack into my email etc;a nightmare itself). I was told that there wasnt a camera pointed at my unit. They stole my heart and soul, and this place claims it had no evidence. Closing my account immediately and warning everyone to stay away.

Bryce was professional, prompt, courteous and very helpful! He made sure that I was getting exactly what I needed as far as space and worked with me to find the best storage unit. The facility is clean and well maintained and I feel safe and secure with my belongings at this location. Superior customer service Bryce! My experience at Public Storage today was freaking amazing!!! Heather and Nick gave me the best service I could ask for. Both girls went above and beyond to make me feel at ease during a difficult time in my life. I am so grateful for their patients and help. Both girls even made sure the snow was removed and put down salt for my safety. Thats what customer service is all about!!!!!

Ryann I love you!!! She made things so friggin easy for me! I got the smallest unit and its still more than enough room for my things! The whole staff was so pleasant I wish everyone was like this!! It was a super easy experience, I called in the morning and had awesome customer service. John was able to set me up with a location right next to the apartment I was going to be moving in to. Then Sherrie, the on sight manager called me right away to confirm the appointment. I got an awesome special for the first month and saved over $100!

My friends and I have rented storage units from Public Storage several times. Sherrie is definitely the most knowledgeable employee when it comes to the ALL AROUND information on how to get started quick and easy. Will be back again and will not recommend another storage unit.

I will never go there again. Fee was late I understand u cut my lock but I cant get into my paid storage until I purchase another lock. Thats bullshit and no one else does that.
