I found myself in a bind with a moving company that quoted one amount to transport the entire contents of my home from Phoenix to Denver but quickly tripled their quote when they arrived. I had to arrange my own moving truck to be out of my house in 2 days and the I called Storquest. I not only reserved a unit but quickly received a callback from Lisa to confirm my reservation and find out if I had any additional questions. When I arrived in town 3 days later and one hour before closing Lisa greeted me, quickly set up my account, showed me my unit and stuck to everything I was promised on the telephone. No hidden fees or costs. She kindly explained the insurance coverage I needed to purchase but wasnt at all pushy on the amount -she simply informed me I needed to carry some insurance for my property but didnt push for the highest amount. I cant say enough good things about Lisa and my experience with StorQuest.

My wife and I have used a different storage company for years and have hated the experience. We watched this one being built and stopped in to see if they had anything better to offer. Lisa was extremely welcoming, open, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The facility is new and looks great. There are still some odds of construction around the place, but for us, Lisas attitude and genuine desire to help beats anything Ive seen in the area (especially the service we currently get at Public Storage). Well be planning to move our things from the other company as soon as possible.

StorQuest was incredible today. I called ahead to reserve a unit that ended up being a little tight for my items. The Manager, Dan offered a slightly larger space that was perfect. Not only did he find a convenient location for me on the ground floor, but he also went online to price match his competitors so he could lower my rate. The staff got my moving crew all set up with where to park and unload while we completed the paperwork. Everyone was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Efficient and exceptional experience.

Dan did a great job. He followed-up with us after we had already decided to go somewhere else based incorrect information we had received. He was willing to match the price we got from a competitor, and he made sure we we were completely satisfied with the space and pricing. He was able to answer all of our questions, and was very professional. We appreciate having had Dan manage our rental of a space at StorQuest - we highly recommend him and the company.

Im very pleased with this location. Lisa is a breath of fresh air! She is friendly and professional. Lisa showed me the unit I was renting and made sure I had everything I needed, additional boxes, tape and wrapping supplies. Most places make you feel like just a number, Lisa and Dan made me feel like a valued client. I definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a clean, secure and friendly place to store your belongings.

Came in and was pleasantly greeted right away. I was unsure what exactly I wanted and what I would really need and dan walked me through all of my options and made it clear what was needed. I have used a lot of storage spaces in the past and this was the most amazing experience I have had to date, hands down! Lisa gave us a wonderful tour of the clean, well lit facility and then helped us find the perfect boxes for our moving needs. She was so positive and helpful. Id highly recommend this location. Dan did a great job with our storage unit. We went in not sure about qhat type of unit we needed and he took us around to different units to figure out what our needs were. He also helped us set up a free truck and driver so we didnt have to rent one ourselves. We recommend this place to all of our friends.

Mr. Fischer, the gentleman who helped me at the front desk treated me like gold as a new customer to the storage facility... The facility is clean and looks brand new, with air-conditioning throughout, and the prices are WAY BETTER than the P. Storage chain! I highly recommend StorQuest!!!

The staff is very professional and friendly, the storage units are brand new (sparkling clean) with very easy access. I reserved the complimentary truck and driver which was also fantastic and saved me money since I didnt need to rent one. I highly recommend this company and location.

So helpful and reliable!!! Dan helped us back in our Uhaul (what I life saver) and he and Alisa helped us on the phone through our move from Florida and with our paperwork once we arrived!! Feels like a family operated place even though its huge. Definitely recommend storing here!

Dan was very helpful. He helped me look at multiple units on different levels of various sizes and prices. I told him about my budget and he helped accommodate my needs. Moving is very stressful and Dan made helped take away from that. I will always use store quest after today
