I am very disappointed with the service I got at this location. My friend rented two units and had extra room in the smaller one so offered to let me use it. I took him up on this because I was about to go do conservation work in Durango and would be living in the field. A month after moving our stuff in the company decided to pressure wash the doors of the units. They sent out letters telling everyone of this but my friend didnt get one some how. Our stuff wasnt waterproofed or covered. The next month when we went into the unit we noticed that some stuff had been hit with water but no serious damage was apparent. When we went to move out my friend found that one of his nightstands had mild water damage. My mattress however was ruined. It was laying on its side with mattress protectors covering the faces but not the edges. The water on the floor was absorbed very easily by my memory foam mattress. The bottom quarter of it was moldy and soaked (we moved out two months after they sprayed). I talked to the local manager who gave me the regional managers number. The regional manager, Chris Helvig, told me he would not help replace the mattress. His argument was that my friend violated the lease by "sub-letting" to me. He did not sub let, he offered the little bit of extra space he had to me as a friend. I had to file a claim with my insurance to help me replace my mattress. I will never be using Public Storage again!! Not only were both the local and regional managers indifferent to ruining a one year old mattress but they did a terrible job of running the property. Why does a storage unit need to be washed? Its outside, theres dirt outside. Nobody cares what the door to a storage unit looks like! What if both my friend and I were out of state and couldnt get to the unit to protect our stuff? I dont understand why a company would risk the property of their tenants in such a way. I will never use Public Storage again!!!

I have been renting here for over two years and appreciate all of the improvements Public Storage had made, including safety and cleanliness. I must compliment Aby for going above and beyond her duty as an employee to help me a few weeks ago. My little puppy escaped my car when I opened the door in the parking lot. I spent the next ten minutes trying to catch him or at least lure him away from Arapahoe Road. I finally caught the puppy, but not before I was in tears and shaking from the fear that he would run off or get hit by a car. I ended up having to go into the office to get my code where Aby noticed I was visibly shaken. She asked if I was alright and offered me a bottled water. I gratefully accepted and she reached out to her own backpack and gave me her own water! I tried to not take it, but she insisted. It was so kind of her and I appreciate it very much!

I was in dire need of a place to rent for my goods - as I was moving, and needed a last-minute reservation. Grace/Manager at the Centennial Branch intercepted my call, and the valued-relationship began immediately. FYI...Grace didnt know me from Adam; I am merely a ordinary ole Joe Smegatello...and yet I was welcomed like family! Grace went out of her way to meet me at the office to set up my account. She was cordial, charming, and exercised proficient people-skills...those that cant be taught - but come from an innate background. Ive been a renter at Public Storage for years...and I can truly say that Grace is a great Ambassador for Public Storage; shes left a lasting impression on me! As a Manufacturer, Im involved with customer service myself; Grace is the epitome of what quality customer service is all about. Thanks Public Storage; thank you Grace!

Once I called Public Storage and spoke with Grace (mgr) my search was over. She immediately made me feel taken care of and she went out of her way to help me when I needed a place to park my 26 ft Penske truck in Colorado (theres not many places to park a car let alone a huge yellow truck). Grace was off the day I got there but came to meet me anyway. I was moving my daughters stuff from MN to CO. Grace is fabulous and truly cares about the clients that come to PS. She went out of her way to help and I hugged her when I met her bc she was indeed such a great help. I feel this is the beginning of a good frienship and I know she will take care of any needs my daughter has. Thank you Grace I wish there were more people like you out there. You are kind and caring. Thank YOU again.

The property manager, Grace, is very professional, helpful and efficient. I was anxious dealing with problematic movers, they showed up late and couldnt fit my load in their truck as promised, which resulted in requiring another trip which had to be done the next day because they showed up 4 hours late. Grace was calming, supportive and went out her way to help. On the second day while waiting in the office I overheard her calling renters and reminding them of impending deadlines which would have caused the renters to incur fees. How nice to know the property manager goes the extra mile to keep renters informed and is concerned about the welfare of the renters and not just making money. The property is very clean and well maintained. Thanks Grace!

We had a last minute job come up and I was flying out first thing in the morning, and we desperately needed storage for a client. I called the facility and left a message at about 5:30 PM, saying we needed 3 large units and Grace returned my call with in 10 minutes. I asked when she closed and she replied at 6:00. I then asked if she would mind waiting if I rushed right over, so I could lease the 3 units and she was glad to accommodate. Grace is an exceptional property manager! Every time I am at the site she is very attentive and makes it a pleasant experiences. The site is always clean, well maintained, and has everything that one could need for moving. I have had the pleasure to briefly meet some of the other staff and they have always been extremely friendly and courteous as well. I would def. recommend renting at this location! Their selection also surpasses anyone elses! Indoor, outdoor, climate, non-climate, drive-up...you want it, they got it!

Not only does she run the day to day operations she takes the time to get to know customers, and Tashia the next great thing in customer service couldnt have asked for a better mentor. These 2 ladies are dynamic. These 2 professional, curtious and hard working ladies have done great justice for there company. If I had a team like this of my support system for my company I can retire early

My parents are elderly and so I was so grateful for her going the extra mile to make sure everything would go smoothly for them.
