I have been storing my stuff here for over a year and love it! Linda and Greg are awesome! They are very knowledgeable in all areas of the business, and theyre so friendly. Not only that, they actually care about the customer. I should know. Whenever there is a price increase, they contact the customer and let them know. If there is an issue about paying the higher price, they work with you. As for the facilities, they are very clean and the security system is great. They have cameras and alarms everywhere, as well as extra security measures for the clients. There is plenty of space to drive your vehicle through and unload your stuff. I used to have a larger, drive-up access unit and it fit everything from my two bedroom apartment. Now I have an indoor, climate controlled unit. It is roughly half the size of my old unit. The lighting is great inside and there is still enough room in the hallway for me to bring in larger items for storage. The pricing is less than half of what I paid for the larger unit. When I originally rented the 1st unit, I needed packing supplies and they had everything I needed. I was totally blown away at the fair pricing and the ease at which I was able to obtain everything. They also offer great savings, such as 1st month free or half off and money back toward your unit for referring customers. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.

I have had a 10x10 unit since around 8/22/14 (one month) and I have had a positive experience and zero complaints. My buddy rented from UHaul on Powers and they nickel and dimed him with paying extra for access past 7pm and we experienced an overall negative vibe from the staff. The staff here at Extra Space is very friendly and professional. The rate is reasonable and the access time to the unit is consistent and reasonable (you can access it until 10pm I think). The unit itself is clean and secure, and you dont have to fight a ton of other people when you load or unload your stuff. The one thing that caught me off guard but I have no problems with is they require you to insure your stuff. I think you can do it yourself through your own company or pay them $10 per month. They dont have lock requirements but recommendations so you can bring your own. Be sure you look at the unit first because some 10x10s have roll up doors and others have smaller swinging doors. Overall great experience.

I have had many different storage needs in the past. Every time I was always disappointed because of mice/rats/bugs damaging my family’s belongings. With Extra Space Storage, I never saw anything but the most well kept storage facility on earth! The climate control made sure our items did not burn in the summer or freeze in the winter. I will not only use their facility again, but would recommend it to anyone I know looking for extra storage options.

Brionna, the customer service lady in the office, was extremely helpful through the whole process of explaining their services, to signing the contract to calling her boss to iron out one glitch. I ask that Extra Storage would allow their employees to have access to the internet so the customer service folks can assist the customer with web information. As of right now, the computers have a fire wall blocking access to the internet.

Great Option for Storage! I began using this storage unit prior to my latest deployment. Very user friendly staff and we got a great 10x30 climate controlled unit. The staff was military friendly and gave me a great deal on the first 12 months. Code access gate ensured my stuff stayed where it was left. Great access hours too. I am due to move out next month and would recommend this place to anyone. -Tom

I stored stuff here while I was out of the country for about 5 or 6 months. Service here is great, climate control is nice, facility is incredibly clean, and most of all seems very safe. I didnt even get to check in on my unit for the time I was gone and not a single thing was touched. I would highly recommend this to anyone in Col. Springs looking for storage - these guys are the best!

Extra space storage was a great place to use. Very secure and clean. Mike was awesome. He helped me with all my needs. I recommend using this place to everyone. Only issue was I had to walk through a smoke cloud to get in there most times because there was another employee who always smokes up there. Other then that it was great. Thanks Mike

This storage place is great! I had looked around for a clean storage place and they are hard to find. This one is clean! I do not get nervous about going to the storage place by myself since we moved here. My stuff is safe here. Mike makes sure to keep it clean and is always helpful. I recommend this one!

Very informative, very clear on every last detail. Also very clean, which is something I really liked about the property. Rick was absolutely a treat to work with. Highly recommend! Whats even better is that its just right around the corner from my new home!

So glad to find this storage place! The manager is very friendly and helpful. He really seems to care. He listened to my predicament and came up with just what I needed. The place was clean too. My inside unit is climate controlled and dust free!
