When we sold our house in 2008, in only a week, we needed a storage facility immediately. We chose Parker CO Extra Storage and met Gil and Jonelle who assisted us with all our needs: boxes, wardrobes, tape, packing and wrapping needs, etc. They even helped with get a second smaller storage space for a couple of weeks just before we closed on the sale of our house. They are professionals, and they are friendly and helpful in every way. Honestly, we feel our special household items in storage there are more secure with their being on site while we pursue our gypsy lives as full-time RV travelers. Thanks. LJ and Sherry

Gary was very professional and courteous. We received almost immediate attention upon arrival. He was out helping another group, but it didnt take him long to get to us at all. The facility itself is clean and access to the storage units is very convenient. The location is ideally located on Lincoln Avenue between Highlands Ranch and Parker. The price was a little higher than I thought it would be for a 10x10, but we did get a climate control unit, and the 1st month was almost free except for the one time administrative fee and insurance you are required to purchase. All in all it was a good experience.

We had an extremely good experience storing with Extra Space Storage in Parker, CO. The on-site manager, Dustin is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about the facility. When we came in looking for pricing, he was extremely courteous in showing us the unit and getting us in the very first day. They are flexible with month to month options and there were no penalties for only needing a short stay. The prices are extremely reasonable with other storage facilities; however, the amenities outshine the rest. The facility feels safe and clean. We definitely recommend this location!

We called Extra Space Storage around 6 am and left a message for an emergency storage unit. We moved across country from Florida to Colorado and had too much furniture and needed a storage unit on the fly. Christina was wonderful! She returned the phone call right when they opened and helped us secure a unit very quickly. She even took my truck driver around and showed him where they could pull in and out for easy access. The unit was clean and everything we needed. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. They went above and beyond for us! Thanks so much!

While in Canada, I was able to coordinate our MOVE-OUT DATE with Gary via the phone. The process was seamless as Gary is the utmost professional. Fantastic experience! We were in an unexpected bind needing to store all of our home goods for a month. Gary took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived to inquire about rates to the day we moved all of our belongings out. He was friendly, accommodating and understanding when we had a couple of little one-off issues arise. He was able to correct them quickly and didnt allow us to worry or stress about anything! We hope we wont need to store our belongings again but if we do we will most definetly be back!

I run a warehouse ministry for a large church in Parker, Co. We hit a bump in the road and needed some extra storage space. The management at this location was incredibly helpful and kind. He made the process simple and enjoyable. The manager also was very transparent in describing some of the other products available at this location making additional purchases much easier and wiser. Our experience with Extra Space Storage was fantastic! We were moving from out of state recently and needed a storage space near Lone Tree. Dustin and Krissy made the arrangements and when full flights kept me from meeting the movers, Dustin jumped in to make sure the delivery went smoothly. ExtraSpace Storage in Parker is great. They (Dustin and Bo) were able to help us out today, getting us set up with storage units in Florida at an ExtraSpace Storage location there. They are very organized, polite, helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Dustin coordinated the leases for us and explained the process of getting storage remotely through them. I had to find storage quickly this spring when I moved from one apartment to another and to another again and Christina at Extra Space wasnt just pleasant to deal with, she was knowledgeable and helpful. Very polite seemed to be very on top of managing the storage facility got me right in was able to show me a unit Within 5 minutes of walking in the door and was able to tell me what is it wasnt available for what prices, the whole process went very fast with every thing it was really simple which everybody needs when there in a stressful /short time frame to move in.

Smooth experience, from online info/questions answered and making reservation, to signing contract with Gary at the storage unit office. Gary and assistant very helpful wth suggestions on how to save money regarding calculating proper storage unit size needed and with monthly billing. We researched several surrounding facilities for rates, amenities, and commitment terms. Extra Space Storage was the best for our needs. The price/space ratio was excellent, and the owners/staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We didnt need storage space any longer, but if/when we do, well most definitely be going back.
