Dont follow Googles directions! It will lead you into a neighborhood, at the back of which, you will be able to see Storage Master, but not get to it. Just go down Florida. Youll see it; its fine. Theres huge signage, you wont have a single problem getting there, unless you listen to Google. I reserved a unit online. Within 10 minutes, I received a call. It was Billy, from Storage Masters. He wanted to confirm my reservation and let me know what the next step was. It was going there and filling out paperwork and actually getting the locker. So, I went there. And after Google drove me around in circles for half an hours, I finally got there on my own. Billy was just a hoot. He was pleasant and friendly. He had a unit ready for me, though he apologized that it was still a little dirty. It was spotless; I dont know what he was talking about. Billy did ask me what I would be storing and then immediately answered his own question: "General household goods?" I said that was right. He asked if I was comfortable with the size. I said I was. And that was that. When it came time to get a lock (you have to use one of theirs) Billy pulled out a lock that was still in the packaging. He opened the package in front of me and then tested the keys and handed everything to me. Because thats how you do that. Billy has cold water for people moving in and out. Thats a nice touch. Its important to stay hydrated. Everything went smoothly and I have moved some of my stuff in. I feel like my stuff is safe and secure.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!! For one, it is not that easy to find, it is not an upstanding facility but most of all, Their customer service is awful, they are RUDE, and they lie......the websight says get 2 months at 50% off but they will only actually give you 1....we didnt have a choice but to go with it due to a time constraint but I asked the girl when I signed up if we would get prorated if we moved out early (as I was not for sure on the date, I was told yes.....when the time came she said that she didnt say that and that it is only within the 1st 4 days of the month. When I asked her to explain she proceeded to tell me what she told me about if we didnt pay our invoice on time...this was not what I was talking about (as I never have a late payment) and then she proceeded to tell me the same thing applied to the prorates.....um no, that was not what I was told. instead of trying to rectify the situation she proceeded to be VERY RUDE so I hung up. I will be moving my things out this weekend and I will NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN, EVER!!!!!!! Buyers be ware......I would NOT recommend this facility to ANYONE.

Storage Masters has been wonderful to work with. they made sure I had a unit that would not be subjected to floods or other natural disasters at a time when I most needed that. Staff has always been courteous and helpful, which I appreciate. The areas are always kept clean and access to the storage units is well maintained. It has been one of the most pleasant business relationships I have currently. Thank you for a job well done.

This is an excellent facility. Clean. Efficient. Sean, the manager, is an exceptionally gifted in customer service. If there were one improvement that Storage Masters could provide its customers, that would be discounts for advanced payment. Example: 10-15% discount for providing three months payment in advance. I was referred over to them because someone rented from them for a short time. I have been a long time customer and they keep raising my rent. I call them and talk to them and just get blown off, with a nice apology. If my rent goes up again I will be moving my stuff to a different facility that is closer to my regular commute.

Unfortunately I get harassed by this company on a daily bases. Someone gave them my phone number and told them I was related to them. Im assuming that person is late or owes them money. I have asked Storage Masters to please stop calling and harassing me. They still call everyday. This company is a joke!

NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!! They charged me 2 months rent and I never even moved in because the size was significantly smaller than advertised and they conveniently werent able to show me the unit until after i signed the contract. Not to mention, we never got to use the "free" truck they promised us.

Moving was extremely overwhelming for me but the compassion the staff had toward my situation made the transition much easier by the special offer they give me at time of move in, plus the use of their moving truck made moving in and out of their facility a smooth and stress free experience!

Its a great place to use the, staff is great, the place is always clean and well lit after dark. Been there for almost 3 years now. My only complaint is that there is no longer 24 hour access, hopefully they go back to 24 hours soon thats the biggest reason I moved in.

I just got a temporary job out in Florida, and the folks at Storage Masters were very knowledgeable and helpful. The storage unit was in great shape and fits all my furniture comfortably. I would recommend storage masters and use them again in the future.
