When I was looking for a place for long term, climate controlled, secure indoor storage I called several places in the Springs and was starting to get discouraged when I called Uncle Bobs. I cant begin to tell you how refreshing it was to talk to a polite, knowledgable, helpful employee! Ulysses was able to answer all of my questions, make suggestions, offer advice on the amount of space we would need to store an entire house worth of stuff, and give me accurate price information. We wound up storing our entire house for a most of year, and even needed an additional small unit half-way through for some unexpectedly inherited items. Every single interaction I had with the staff at Uncle Bobs went perfectly. Norissa, the manager, went WAY out of her way to ensure that our move out went smoothly and even took the time to repeatedly check in on us over the course of the nearly weeklong process of cleaning out and moving out. If I could give them extra "stars" I would!

A refreshing experience! I have been a customer of a other sto rage facility here in the Springs and I just felt like a number there compared to my experience at Life Storage. They treat me like I matter and are actually interested in my ongoing experience even after the contract has been signed. I am greeted every time I walk in the door and am regularly asked how I am doing and how things are going with my experience at this facility. They seem to constantly strive to make sure Im happy and if something does come up Im sure they would work immediately to rectify it. Extremely happy with my experience thus far and am sure this will continue for the long haul! Highly recommended to anyone needing a storage place that actually cares.

As a professional mover, I have worked with many storage companies. I must say that my experience with Life Storage will be remembered. The facility is very clean. The climate control is perfect and best of all, the staff is amazing. I had the opportunity to meet Norissa who went above and beyond what meets her job description. Besides having carts and hand trucks for your convenience, my crew and I were well taken care of with beverages and first class customer service. I would gladly work here again. The building is safe and secure and will recommend Life Storage to anyone with storage needs!

Absolutely clean storage facility. Rented a 10 x 10 unit first, then switched to a 10 x 20 unit; we needed more space. Norissa and Christy provided excellent service. Secured access for after hours. Temperature control is great to have especially storing clothes - helps with mildew!! Flat bed carts are located at the front entrance, available for use. They have couple moving vans which made transporting our containers and other items easier. We didnt have to rent a UHAUL van or truck, Life Storage had the van available for use. Highly recommended!! Thank you Norissa and Christy!! :-)

If you have to store something, this is the place. The indoor climate controlled, always clean, well lit, and 24-hour access. Norissa and her assistant are Awesome. They care about each and every one of the tenants, they make it a point to say Hi to everyone. I would highly recommended this place to anyone needing to use a storage unit, it is well worth the money. They have a moving truck on site to rent out, they also have on site a large supply of moving supplies at a very reasonable price. As far as storage facilities go, this Uncle Bobs is definitely #1.

Uncle Bobs Self Storage has been great. We had to move my dad to a long term care facility and store many large furniture items for my brother to pick up at a later date. We were able to rent the moving truck from the Uncle Bobs facility, dolly included. There are also large flatbed dollies at the storage facility to help get your items to your unit. It is a very clean facility and the people have always been knowledgeable and eager to help. We would definitely recommend Uncle Bobs storage for friendly customer service and safe storage.

I highly recommend life storage to anyone storing their belongings. Had the most amazing experience moving my belongings into this facility. Their customer service is always fantastic. They made the move in such a pleasant experience and are always super friendly each and every visit. The facility is indoors and is always clean! Ive been very happy with the Uncle Bobs on Scarlet Drive. Norissa and Anthony were extremely helpful when I first visited them and the great customer service hasnt stopped. The facility is always clan and there are always plenty of carts. I use this for business and I really appreciate being able to ship things directly to the storage facility. THE BEST place to store your possessions! Its climate controlled, very clean, well lit, easy access, amenable hours, free truck rental to move in and cheap truck rental at any time. Ok so ive done business with atleast half the storage companies in Colorado Springs and Uncle Bobs is by far the best way to go truthfully if your not using Uncle Bobs your wasting time and money. And theres no trick or hidden fees when using there truck for FREE and Christy has been professional and honest about every aspect of my move.
