The Extra Space Storage facility at Kenton Street is the best storage facility I have ever rented from, and I have been a customer at many storage facilities over the years. I have rented from this location for several years, both when it was called Cutting Edge Storage, and now as an Extra Space Storage facility. Shaida is a fantastic manager, and has been so friendly, accommodating & professional. She also knows when to enforce policies so that the occasional inconsiderate customer doesnt interfere with others ability to comfortably & efficiently use the facility. I rent a space in the large indoor, climate controlled building. It has a large and easily accessible loading area, a variety of dollies, wide hallways, bright lighting, easily accessible units with wide pull up doors, and two large elevators. The exterior has wide driving areas & numerous parking spots, in addition to drive up storage units. The entire facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. In addition, Shaida has done an amazing job keeping up with everything while temporarily short staffed, and I have also been very impressed with Tara and other staff members I have met at the facility. I have also had the experience of calling someone at the corporate off hours service emergency number when my gate code didnt work early on a Sunday morning, and both people I spoke to at this service number were very professional, polite, and went out of their way to help me. Shaida, above all, has gone above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions, and I cant give her enough kudos for that. Overall, a fantastic experience. Oh, and the antiques, collectibles, books, and other items I have kept at this facility over the years are still in great condition. They have stayed dry, cool, and clean (free of dust & pests) this entire time. I have paid equivalent rental prices for much less value, both in terms of quality of the units & building, and ease of access. Highly recommended!

I would give them 10 stars if possible! My husband and I were moving from Houston, and I called numerous storage places trying to find one to store our stuff while we were looking for housing. Other places offered "specials" but they all locked you into a contract and would charge exorbitant prices if you left early. We only needed a unit for a week or so. When I called Cutting Edge Storage, I talked to the owner and he said that the unit was free for the first month. We only had to pay $10 for a lock (which is yours to keep). If we left before the month was over, we payed no cancelation fees. If we wanted to switch to a smaller unit, we could do so at no charge. Moving is such a hassle, but Charles made this part of it headache free. I had never been more impressed with a companys customer service. We arrived and their facility was immaculate, modern and secure. We have kept a small unit and are still impressed with the facility and the owners. They are always friendly, helpful and treat their customers like family. We ended up living 25 or so miles away, but kept our storage unit at Cutting Edge because of the amazing customer service. Best storage place ever!

I have to say I truly love this place. Im really big on customer service and this place tops the cake. They go over and beyond then what they have to. Everyone is always friendly and genuine. I was very impressed with them and anytime I do deal with them I am always wowd by them. They have dollys, trucks and other items to help you move your items, that other storage places dont have. I have had storages at other places and ive always felt like I was just money to them, and no one cared. Cutting Edge cares! Everything is always so clean, and I love the fact that they are saving energy with lights being on sensors. As of right know we have to cut expenses and cant afford to have a lot but I will keep my storage just because how amazing there customer service is and I dont get it any where else!

Incredible!!!! This facility is one of the best. I have used many different storage facilities all over the city and this was by far the cleanest. The load-in and load-out were a breeze, as it is not overly crowded. I recommend early a.m.s as it is usually very quiet for loading. Shaida is the GM and is great!!! She was extremely accommodating given I had a very unique circumstance with my move and temporary storage. With my move, I dealt with moving companies, painters, carpet companies, truck rental companies, and Shaida by far was the most professional OF ALL! She made my moving experience so much easier because of her professionalism. I would rent again because of Shaida and the care and maintenance she puts into this facility! Good job Shaida!!!! 5-Stars to You!

We are moving from Florida, only to find we brought too many things for the current housing! After doing some researching and visits, this storage place really stood out from the pack. The unit was cheaper than any other we have seen, and it is climate controlled, located indoors. The facility is very clean and very "Cutting Edge", youll see it and be amazed! Very easy to move things in and out, lots of security measures including lots of cameras and much more. All storage facilities needs to take notes from this location! The business is family-owned; they are very friendly and personable. They are very straight with you no hidden fees nothing like that. There is a lot of perks from renting here! Most definitely recommend to all looking for storage and mailboxes.

I cannot say enough good things about this storage facility. Not only is it in a great location, but the folks who run it live on site, a little extra bit of security that I very much appreciate. Its immaculate, well lit, and the lockers are a nice size at a fair price. Im currently living overseas and today I had an issue I needed help with. Since I needed to speak with someone in person, and I have to pay international calling rates, I sent an email. Shaida got back to me right away and was waiting by the phone when I called. My problem was solved cheerfully and within minutes. I cant remember the last time anyone gave me such excellent customer service. Thanks guys. I wouldnt want to leave my things with anyone else!

Wonderful Customer Service & Clean, Well Maintained Facilities. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted, given a tour and all my questions were answered, both on line and in person. The security is outstanding with outside fencing, security codes, and convenient locks. Climate control not only keeps the storage units clean, but has been wonderful for my wooden furniture and photo albums. I am so pleased with Cutting Edge Storage, for their service, cleanliness and ease with which I was able to move my things into the storage unit. Plus they are an up front, family owned business, that has no hidden costs. I would recommend Cutting Edge to anyone who needs a storage unit.

I have been a customer of this facility for 3 years now. Most recently, I needed to make some changes to my storage arrangements and worked with Store Manager Shaida. Shaida was extremely helpful -- she came up with perfect solutions for my needs, and always had a very positive, upbeat, friendly, and energetic attitude. She made my experience very positive, provided great customer service, and I am grateful that she was there to help me. The facility is clean and well operated... my storage items were there untouched for 3 years and had no dust, dirt or other indication whatsoever of having been in storage all that time. I highly recommend this facility.
