Unless you are hard up for price, this place is not what it is cracked up to be. Recently under new management, Dave has a habit of patrolling during normal business hours and threatening to evict if staying too long. He will lock you out if not during business hours. I have also witnessed he and other employees transferring furniture from a foreclosed unit. 10 dollars more per month will get you longer hours and a cleaner facility within a 4 mile radius. I got tired of him always asking what I have going on for the day and how long I will be. Time to move back to UStoreIt. Besides, leaving Co. soon, so no worries. The rusted doors, faulty lights, and bad pavement, bring out the true age of this facility. On the plus side, there are 2 dumpsters and 10 -12 ft. ceilings. Questionable tenants being that this is along Colfax Ave. Once again to add to more pain, the contract stipulates to move out by the 25th for refund of money. Dave the manager now states that it wasnt before the 25th, so a refund is not due. Shop around, I have, and try maybe using Storage Master. They have great reviews on Yelp.

Clean and well week maintained. Conveniently located near to the C.U. medical campus, I-225, and Colfax Ave. I found the rates to be reasonable and the staff personable and professional. All in all I was very satisfied with A-AAAKey mini storage.

Excellent people. The only mini storage place that prorates your move out rent. Very good, accessible location at Colfax and I-225.
