As long as your in gymnastics they will help you but when you only go to open gym the just stand around and let you work and dont help at all well most of them dont

Some coaches are awesome great place both my kids love it only problem is not enough parking area and not enough sitting area for parents to sit and watch the kids

Not Family friendly Gym.. Prices high for the quality and some of the staff is rude.. Check out other options not recomended..
