Today my exp. was such a let down. (Attended between 1030-1130) I joined PF Gym because of their policies no grunting, no throwing down weights.... And today a lunk HAD TO ATTEND! And do just the following. I informed the female staff at the desk and nothing happened.... This guy just kept at it... Talking loud, grunting, and throwing the weights down, I could hear this guy with my headsets on!!! so again I informed the front desk and there was a Hispanic male there who responsed by saying.... I cant hear him back here". Clearly both of the staff members were more interested in their own conversation at the desk rather then what was taken place in their work space. Please DO YOUR JOB!

Clean facility and nice employees however when I came in for the first time last week, I informed the employee that this was my first time (I paid for a membership online) I didnt receive a tour/ an offer for a tour and the employee didnt go over the basics like needing to scan your card when you come in or having your guest sign in, I figured that out on my own. Last but not least bring your own water or pay for a drink because the water from the water fountain isnt good at all

If you are considering spending your money at the 410/McCullough location STOP! save it for LA Fitness. The staff at this PF location are extremely disrespectful & unprofessional (Gang tattoos on their neck, not much of a surprise.) After my experience with staff I Canceled and chalked up an extra $10 a month to have 10x as many amenities, clean equipment & friendly Staff. Cheap isnt always better.

Very let down by front desk help. Went for my "first" day not knowing how to use the equipment and couldnt even get a demonstration on how to adjust the equipment so that I could us it. Was just told that it was pretty much self explanatory. :( Felt intimidated and lost. Not off to a very good start.

I went in thinking I wanted a membership, the kid at the front just mumbled about the place. No free weights, and no jump roping allowed. I just want a place to get fit, instead I went to a place where no one cares about the people who join.

This location is very nice. They recently got brand new equipment which is very nice! I wish they did better with cleaning the ladies showers and fix the broken handicapped shower head that has been broken for over a year now.

Great gym, the staff is friendly, its right by apartment. The only thing is that is doesnt have alot of the newer weight lifting equipment my last home PF gym(OConnor/Back) had. Not a huge deal, just a bummer.

Staff is friendly, place is busy but never super crowded, free secured wifi, affordable. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is due to no towel service. But for the price you cant beat this place.

I love this location! I always feel safe and welcome, I love the spacious locker room and all the amenities. Plus, its super cheap and Im able to bring a gym buddy with my membership level.
