on behalf of my wife: "I just wanted to say what a horrible experience I just had at your salon located in 21107 US-281, San Antonio, TX 78258 San Antonio, Texas. I went in for a haircut and I told her exactly what I wanted. I even showed her a picture of what I needed. Firstly, let me say that she was rude as soon as we walked in. I asked if she had a magazine or the like to show her what I needed. She replied "No, you should know what you want"....I should have just left, but decided to stay because she claims to have a masters in haircut and all sorts of credibility...which I believe to be fake, but then again who cares. Anyway, she began the hair cut and I immediately saw that it was being done wrong! Another styllist walked in and asked her "why she was doing that and why did you cut it that way?" The stylist that walked in had to give her some advice on how to correct the problem but she did not take that lightly....she took off my robe and told us to leave and get out! Just like that, get out! She said " I am my own boss, you have no manager to complain to". How terrible of an experience I had...I had to go to another salon to fix the disaster that she did to my hair. I will make sure to post my complaint and review to every possible website I can find. " Her name: Erica was in suite 112 -An angry customer who will never visit any of your salons ever again.

On a whim, I bout a Groupon for a color and cut with Alexis, suite 116. Alexis sensed my hesitation about shortening the length, and worked with me every step of the way. His techniques really shined as he politely and effortlessly accommodated my preferences, which changed roughly twice every 10 minutes. The color was outstanding. I wished to cut it shorter than I had first envisioned due to the amount of damage, and became a little uncomfortable with the length. Though it is difficult to harbor negative opinions when the cut looked as good as it did. Highly recommend. Thanks, Lex. You rock, my friend.

I get my haircut by Sue Adkins,. She does a great job. She has fixed my hair after I mistakenly went to the not so "Great Clips", where they did an awful job.I highly recommend her for mens, womens and childrens haircuts. Her prices are also very low for a salon.

Got my haircut by Lorena Gallegos. She has been cutting my hair for years and I like her new location. She does hair for men and women now. The building has bunch of different stuff. Everything from nail places to breast cancer survivor tattoos.

Su Adkins does a super job, is very thorough, and pays attention to details. Highly recommend meeting with her and letting her cut your hair.
