The staff was not very friendly. Including bashing an older women after she left. Then talking crap about another women who had come in early for price check. And returned to try and do further business. Talking across the room to each other. Whispering about other Co workers as they came in. My stylist did not talk to me the entire time (as in small talk). Nor did she do what I asked. I asked for help with shampoo and conditioner and they hardly knew information or if they did they couldnt help me with that information. I now have bangs/length of my face hair in front and it is not shaped in any which way. I asked for it to be thinned out and she informed me that it does not do well with my hair type. Which yes I appreciate but having the same hair for 23 years I know that its to heavy and Ill live with frizz over extra weight. I think what pissed me off the most though was having my head washed and rinsed in freezing water. Doubt Ill be back.

I was a walk in on the 3rd of August I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted and told her exactly how to work with my hair... I am not pleased I look like I have a helmet she did not texturize my hair like I told her too
