I had booked an appointment online for a multi-demensional color. I went in to the salon 3 days before my appointment to show them a picture of what I wanted and to make sure that I had booked the right appointment. The next day I got a call saying that the stylist I was booked with didnt feel comfortable doing balayage and asked if I could reschedule with someone else at a later time. I agreed and I showed up to my appointment and show the picture again. I explained that I liked the red color in the picture (I already had reddish hair) and the highlights are a dark blond and thicker and multi-dimensional. I was there for 5 hours (no one told me when I stopped in that my appointment would take that long) the base color of my hair is a dark chocolate brown and I have pencil thin bleach blond highlights. No red at all! It looks terrible and nothing at all like the picture I showed them multiple times. I understand that the colors may not look like the picture exactly, but the style should at least be similar. If your stylists cant meet the requests of your customers, then tell your customer upfront. Dont reschedule me for someone else who also cant do it. Ive now wasted 5 hours and $200. Its worth mentioning that Ive been to other Ulta salons and have not had any issue.

Beware, The hair salons personnel cutting techniques are archaic and hair coloring knowledge is not impressive!! Their master stylist, Bianca M, with six years of experience could not cut my hair much less blend the cut. I had three layers going down both sides of my head including choppy,uneven layers throughout my hair. In addition, Bianca should build up her customer service attitude by not arguing and taking a lackadaisical approach to correcting the cut. (Still horrible)!!! I had a master stylist cut my hair without the problems created by the stylist and manager. I am appalled that once graduated, the stylist do not update their skills through continuing education with upcoming trends. In addition, Nina, salon manager, is unreliable and does not stand by her words!!! Nina promised to meet me and correct the issues Bianca made on my hair, however, she did not show up! If this Ulta location finds this behavior acceptable of their employees, I feel sorry for them. I will never recommend anybody for the salon side nor buy services from them!

I went in to do color and a cut and the woman who did my hair wouldnt do what I wanted. I mean I pay for my own hair to do whatever I wanted and was totally ripped off by her. If I wanted something she said "it wouldnt look good." She also kept looking at the time as if she was in a rush to leave. I just got tired of arguing back and forth about how I wanted my hair. I gave up and let her finish so I could leave. I cant even style my hair the way I usually do because she wouldnt cut my hair how I wanted it. Again because she said it wouldnt look good. I told her thats how I get it normally and she kept arguing with me that it simply just wouldnt look good. I wish I could remember her name but I just cant. Just save your money from going here because they will not give you what you want.

I went to this salon hoping to get a good job done on my hair. I went in to get highlights and lowlights put in my hair and I was there for 5 hours!! The girl who did my hair was very slow and while I was waiting with the foils in my hair she was cutting someone elses hair and she went to another hairstylist to ask her how she should cut this girls hair... I was very upset and the highlights did not even turn out right. I talked to the general manager and she was not apologetic at all and acted as if 5 hours was okay. Sorry but I have gotten my hair highlighted several times before and it hasnt ever taken more than 2 and a half hours and thats with a cut included. (I didnt even get mine cut this time and it took 5 hours.) The customer service is terrible and very unprofessional.

Well, as soon as I arrived I was profiled, I assume cause I was still in my work clothes. I couldnt shop for the eyeliner I was looking for cause every corner I turned she was there. Asking and asking if I need help which I had already told her that I was fine and new what I was looking for.. I just couldnt decide which item to get cause there is so many good products here.and then she spoke to the manager afterwards the called for security to search all isles which the only came to mine... I dont know how you expect me to steal if I didnt even have a purse, just the money I needed to pay for my product..she must have thought I stuck it up my ass or something ...she has green hair.. Lose some weight fat girl and stop profiling people...

I came in looking for a few different items, no one was available to assist me. I had to walk around looking for an employee. Then when I went to pay, I didnt have my Ulta credit card because it was probably still in the mail. They tried looking it up but appearantly my date of birth was incorrect. I had to call credit services myself, the cashier didnt even offer to call and when I called credit services they told me to tell the cashier to call credit services. The cashier said she had no idea what I was talking about. Bad bad service.

Today was my first time experience at Ulta and the manager came up to me and asked if I needed help with anything she helped me pick out a foundation and I was very happy about that she even took the time to put samples of foundation on me she was very very nice I wish I could of got her name!! She was a big sweet heart!! She made first time experience awesome and even though my birthday was yesterday she hook me up with a birthday gift! Thank you very much!!! I would definitely go back again!!

Stopped by this ulta to grab makeup with my mom, who just happened to need a haircut. We both booked with Mel (female) who gave us both the most flattering haircuts weve ever had. Two totally different styles, both flawlessly executed. Dont know the other stylists but Mel was professional, gave excellent recommendations and listened to exactly what I wanted. 110% satisfied ans so was my mom!

Samantha has been cutting and coloring (multi-dimensional with highlights and lowlights) for a while now. She is wonderful! When I first went to her, I had (colored) dark brown hair. She helped me get to pale blonde over a span of a few months. I always leave her chair looking great, and shes got a client for life! Book an appointment with her - you wont regret it.

Got an appointment within a day! Stylist was Daniela, and I absolutely loved everything she did! She did an amazing job! I went in to get my hair fixed (went to another salon, and definitely didnt get what I wanted there). She did some balayage, some color, and a great cut! Very very satisfied! After 2 years of looking for a great stylist, I finally found her!
