Yomari does not listen to you, offering you a "trim" that turns into a full blown haircut when you don't need one. My personal experience was horrible. Never had I experienced unprofessionalism at this level from a stylist. Basically, I approved her to trim my hair after she cited breakage and was persistent about it. It was time to pay and, despite the prices listed on the back wall...$50 for roller set and $1o for trim, she told me that -unannoced or approved by me-that I was being chaged $75, which included a hair cut that I never asked for and the trim magically turned into a cut. Anyway, I alerted her to the price list behind her and asked for an explaination of the over charge of $15. She became defensive, arguementative and walked off. DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY OR TIME. SHE HAD ME IN THE SALON FOR 5 HOURS. She needs a lesson in professionalism and how to run and operate a business by providing customer service.....beware!!!!!!!

I must say Yomari is the best!! Ive been going to her for about a year and Ive never experienced anything but world class service. Her approach to hair is priceless. Its not about selling a service or making money, its about caring for your hair. I read the review and was shocked anyone would say that or even believe that when everyone knows what a perm is and will do. If you want an excellent beautician, that loves what she does, loves HEALTHY hair, loves her clients, and very professional. Then Yomari is the person for you. She specializes in all types of hair and you will not be disappointed! I would highly recommend her to anyone! Just give her a try and you will NOT be disappointed...

Very professional and knowledgeable about all types of hair. Over 20 years in the industry. Transforms your hair with natural products and educates you in how to care for it. I recomend 100 % . And as for the comment about the natural hair lady, some hair types do need a relaxer not everyone can go natural.

My hair was natural and Yomari put a relaxer in my hair with out my permission. Seven years of growth destroyed because she wanted to make her job easier, when I was paying extra. If you are a client and she claims that your hair is "trained" she sneaks relaxer in either the shampoo or conditioner.
