I had the worst service! That day I had to work early so I booked the first appointment of the day and I was a new first time client. I showed up early while my stylist was late. They shampooed my hair which was frigid since the hot water was not working. One of the girls at the front desk offers me a water and she proceeds to hand me a cup of water. Not a bottle of water, a cup. I did not drink it because I dont know where that water came from nor if the cup was clean. While I waited in the stylist chair (because she is late) one of the other stylist sits in the chair next to mine and takes off her shoes and rubs her feet in front of everyone with lotion. Once the stylist did show up she did a half hearted job at cutting my hair. About a week later I got my hair redone at another salon with much better results. Honestly, I should have walked out. Foolish me I actually paid and tipped only because I felt guilty. I advise everyone not to go there. It was one of the most unprofessional fiascos I ever experienced. I really wish I could get my money and the time I spent there back.

Been with Toni and Guy off and on for over 10 years and just recently found my way back. Went in for some pastel/gray tints- I could not be happier. Went back in September and worked with Michelle and she was amazing. The staff all works together to make sure the client is happy and the service is always above and beyond. Just yesterday worked with Sheena for a silver gray and root touch up and am beside myself I love it so much. Always consistent in customer service and product knowledge A+++

The hair stylist are good, but their policies and attitude are disappointing. Yo better make sure dont miss 2 appointments in 3 years, because even you spend 50 dollars for a men hair cut, they will not get you an appointment. Walkings are "welcome", but just remember that youre in the busiest shopping center in San Antonio. Nothing against the hairstylist, but if you have a little pride and live a busy life, this might not be the place. Good luck!

My haircuts are very pricey, but its only exspensive because San Antonio only has but 1 location as for example Dallas has several locations and a haircut would only cost me no more then 27- 40$ and here in San Antonio I pay 75$ but I walk out of there turning heads as I walk to my truck . I could be in crappy clothes but walking out of toni&Guy with my fresh haircut Mann I swear in my own moment I feel famous lol No lie

DO NOT wast your time. Took me to my seat 20 minutes late (for the appointment Ive had for 3 weeks) and THEN told me they didnt have time to see me. Ive never been treated this poorly. On the bright side, I didnt waste my money on probably a jacked up hairstyle by "Star."

Walkin mens haircut... First thing in the morning and was told the only person that could do it at the moment... I was floored when they quoted me 75$... No thx, its hair, really!!! Too much$$ w/ snotty attitude is not where Ill be spending my $$$

Susan and Maribel do the best hair cuts and style. Susan is really friendly and Maribel has a pleasant chill personality! I only gave 4 stars because I had a bad experience with color. But the hair cuts are definitely worth the price! Excellent!

Maribel always does a fantastic job. She shampoos my hair twice, sometimes flat irons my bangs, and spends up to an hour getting my cut just right. Prices are high but you get what you pay for.
