I am from out of town and I wanted a color and cut. When I sat down, I told the stylist I want color closer to my natural roots, and she asked me if I wanted lowlights or all over color. I couldnt answer that question, and the consult just snowballed from there. She asked me why I didnt bring a picture, and I called in and booked for highlight, now I changed my mind, do I want some blond or no blond? I could not respond to all her questions, because I didnt prepare for an INTERROGATION at the salon today... I pulled up a picture on google, and she then called another stylist into the consultation. Why, when I got a picture, she didnt just start the color, I dont know. Calling another stylist made me feel like I was being difficult when I literally only said "I dont know." Finally I told her forget it all! No color, no cut, no way in hell youre touching my hair... suggestion: offer your professional advice to clients, be cheerful, dont make people feel like they owe YOU anything!

Everyone was pleasant. However, I felt that the stylist that worked on my hair wasnt listening to what I was looking for or my ultimate goal. The manager and her chatted but never asked me what I wanted. As much as I tried to cheer up, I found it tough until I met up with my daughters hairstylist. Brooke saved my day. She fixed what I didnt like and helped me feel like I was very important. She listened to what I wanted and was very patient and caring. Need a great stylist who listens to your needs and passionate in her work, call Brooke! Shes awesome! They have awesome pedicures and nail styles too. But, hair was most important to me sense my past experience was horrific! Thanks Brooke for your awesome work!

I freaking love it hair I been coming here for 2 years and DESIRE is the lady!!!! I always get extensions and she is the master. I will not go no where else but here. I found her 2 yrs. ago when i Google hair shops when I came to visit San Antonio and I always came back since then. SHE IS AMAZING GOOD SERVICE!!!! Never no complaints she does my hair perfect I go from a short bob to long and beautiful every time I see her. SHE MAKES ME LOOK LIKE A MOVIE STAR. Desiree is a really talented hair dresser andbeautician. She is an incredible sweet person as well! The whole beauty salon has a great atmosphere and all types of cases either they are hair cut or hair color, hair extensions or thickening everything is handled professionally. Staffs are co-operative andvery friendly! Truly the best hair service Ive ever got till now. I would definitely recommend all the locals of San Antonio to visit this, if you wish have significant change in your appearance.

I came here because I bought a facial off of Groupon and I was in no way disappointed! Upon entering the facility itself, the salon was clean, neat and had a very welcoming feel to it. The woman at the front desk was super sweet. Shawna, my esthetician was right on time and she not only did wonders for my face but the massage was much needed and much enjoyed. My face can finally breathe right again and Im headed in a better direction with my facial care thanks to her advice and guidance.

It takes time to find a Very Good stylist, in my first visit which was +6 years ago I was very very skeptical about it, when it comes about my hair Im very picky...but the stylist made my day a AWESOME DAY!!!! I get the works when going there (hair feet/nails and facial) and couldnt be more pleased. I am totally pampered and spoiled by the ladies and they never rush, which to me is a huge part of the enjoyment. I have been going to Deziree (the owner) for four years now. She absolutely knows what she is doing and always listen to my ideas. Her staff is very professional and her salon is excellent!!! Horrible went in for touch up the made me do full hi lite. They were huge blonde chunks were not even to scalp and did not even cover grey. Now I have to get it redone. Said reason they had to do it all was their reputation they should have touched it up cause they ruined reputation with me and everyone I know. 130 later and have to go get it fixed.

Brittany is awesome. I made a dramatic change today- from a shoulder length bob to a short pixie. I walked in nervous, but Brittany put me at ease. She gave good advice, asked my opinion, listened to my input, and cut according to how my hair "behaves." (wavy) This was my first time here, but Ill be back to see Brittany again for sure.

I walked in and got a haircut and hair lightened, to blend my salt N pepper gray. After hearing suggestions, had my ears and nose waxed. I never would have thought of getting my nose and ears waxed, but after seeing all the waxed hair, I was very happy. Service and value are excellent. I will definitely be going back!
