Nice people, but awful hair cut, color and highlights. Too brassy! Gray wasnt covered in some areas. Hair cut too short on top and uneven, bangs not blended, showing a line. Highlights too bright on top and dark on bottom. Uneven highlights, showing dark and light pattern in hair. High prices. Went back the next day to have it fixed. Was told it was fine and needed to comb it back. Cost me more to have it fixed elsewhere. Also, had nails filled. Allergic reaction on fingers and infected thumb where it was nicked by drill. Gloves not being worn when doing pedicures by some of technicians. Expensive mistake!

Honestly if there was a zero star option i would have put that. I came in wanting light brown hair, I left with orange hair. The owner was so rude, trying to get me to buy more and more stuff when I told her I only had money for the dye job, which made me look like the inside of a cantaloupe. She wouldnt refund my money (almost 200 dollars!) and didnt make me feel welcome to come back. She said it was all my fault that it turned out that way. She was the one with 30 yrs experience, not me, so how could it be my fault? Id recommend you go ANYWHERE but here.

Nice staff, but the 3 services I received there are definitely done better elsewhere (eyebrow wax, mani/pedi). I went there instead of going to my usual salon because theyre very close to me. I dont know if the staff doesnt know what theyre doing or just dont care. Plus, they are overpriced compared to other places. I wont be going there again. I would rather go where I usually go, despite being further out.

I went and got my eyebrows done. First time was awesome. Then I went back for another waxing and it was AWFUL. One lady made my eyebrows wayyy to thin and didnt even cared if I liked them. Save yourself some trouble and dont bother with getting your eyebrows done here. Terrible

Thank you. I appreciate the very kind female customer who kindly allowed the more experienced hair dresser finish my hair cut. These women will do what it takes to take care of their customers. I will return.
