If I could give negative stars I would!!! Went in for the groupon deal, my appointment was at 10am, the woman that I set the appointment with arrived at 10:20!!! After filling the tub, sitting me down, she takes her time to set up her station, something she should have done way before the appointment, at 10:35 she tells me,"I wont be able to to both your hands and feet, Ill only be able to do your feet, I have another appointment at 11am" I informed her that if it wasnt for her tardiness, she would have been able to do both, and that I wanted both services, she refused to, & was extremely rude about it, trying to blame me for her tardiness, how, I dont see how? Im actually glad this happened, because during our discussion, she was pointing at me with these disgusting 2inch long nails she had, a poor job on those as well, underneath, though was what I found disturbing!!! They were stained and full of a brown substance, like feces under her nails!!!! Please! Do yourself a favor, DO NOT go here!!!!! Unless you want hepatitis or something if the sort.

This place is not worth the gas it takes to get there. I gave them three chances as I had pre-paid for services and each time I entered the salon I wished I had stayed home. I went yesterday for my last pre-paid service of a mani and pedi and I did not even get my nails filed or cut. For the pedi they soaked my feet for about 2 minutes then put some cuticle oil on my legs then painted the nails and it was done. For the mani I had paid to upgrade to a shellac polish, did not even soak my nail just removed my old polish and put one coat halfway on then we were done. It took less than30 minutes for both the mani and pedi. I had to remove the shellac myself so I would not be embarrassed at work tomorrow. The only person I enjoyed receiving a service from was the massage tech and I hope for her sake she finds a different location for her services as the rest of the salon does not offer quality services and the attitudes are rude. Poor to fair rating is better than they deserve

I bought the groupon for a shellac mani and pedi. When I was seated I was told that I would have to pay 15$ more for shellac on my feet. No where on my groupon purchase does it specify that whatsoever! When I showed her my groupon which clearly states that I would be getting both shellac on hands and feet she still stuck with her 15$ more story because it would be too difficult to take the light machine over to the pedi station. Its a small plugin machine mind you.. I would like to know if this happened to anyone else because this is false advertisement. I still got my service because I didnt have time to go anywhere else before I leave for vacation.. But now that Ive left the salon, I wish I hadnt because I didnt get what I paid for.. I barely had anytime spent on my hand and foot massage and the paint job just isnt the best and just regular polish on my feet. Im very disappointed.

I wouldnt recommend much else. I decided to use them for my highlights and clearly it was the worst idea I have had in a long time. When I went on Sundays everyone there was young and must be fresh out of beauty school. To cost less means they dont know what they are doing. The foils were not placed at the roots so I left looking like I already had regrowth! Came back for a fix and still I can see lines and on top of it the front hair line turned out orange and white! She blamed my hair, saying it takes color differently there. I told her to ask her boss for help and she said it was up to her what to do....WTH! Its my hair! Never again. They are unprofessional as well. They look at each other as the phone rings and no one bothers to answer.

I brought a voucher from groupon and made an appointment by text with Irma. Once I arrived she told me a previous employee had access to her online account and allowed her customers to book under her name. However, I had just book the appointment and she text me herself. Maybe the old employee had her cell phone too. I had to cancel the appointment because she claimed her own clients were booked with her. They did not try to accommodate me in any way, instead her and another lady tried to act dumb as if they didnt know what was going on.

I purchased a groupon from this "salon." When I called to make my appointment, it went straight to a cell phone VM. Then I received a text to book online. I went online and her first availability was 11 days out after I leave for the beach. I tried to get something earlier and I got "its whatever is online." Pretty sure its one person and she does not do good business. The groupon should have specified if the appointments need to be booked 2 WEEKS in advance. Would not go here!

I am very upset because my mother and I had a 5:00 appointment with Herlinda and she did not show, better yet a coworker saw us waiting and told us that she had left!! Never go to see HERLINDA!! She will just avoid you and not answer your phone calls!! I find this to be very aggravating!! Book a nail appointment elsewhere!!

I just cashed in my Livingsocial deal and had a great time. It was my first manicure/pedicure and Becca did a great job. The massage was wonderful too! The massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back for more services. Great deals even without the online coupon.
