I have 2ft of hair, asked for trim. I shouldnt of let the old lady with dry, ugly hair touch me. She started dry, so I asked for a wash first. She didnt comb out knots before starting, and there was no follow through when she did comb. It literally took her 1 minute to cut the ends very sloppily. She asked if a certain level for the side burns was good and I said yes and she proceeded to go higher and told me to "say when." I stopped her before she started to shave and decided to do it at home. She was as bad as Rios. My hair usually feels alive after a good trim, not this time. I really wish Nice Cuts never closed for remodeling. Ill go to the Paul Mitchell school next time (5 dollars off for men on Wednesdays).

The owner of this place did not like that I didnt buy the most expensive treatment, then she over charged me, then she wouldnt sell me the product I needed for what I had done. I was told not to wash my hair for 2 days and when I did my hair was exactly how it was when I first went. They also forgot about me and left me sitting there for 45 minutes until I complained. Horrible customer service. The only very nice person there was Elizabeth... A hair stylist.

At first, I was skeptical especially when I was pointed to the elderly lady with the clippers. However, it was a textbook case of dont judge a book by its cover due to that fact that she knew how to use the clippers. All in all I came out with fresh line up all for only $10. SN: It says 5.99 but adult haircuts ie Caesars will run you about $10. Also, they have special on Tuesday where every haircut is $5. I will be a repeat customer.

This place is absolutely great I am a black woman with natural hair who is very picky about how my hair looks when I leave the salon, Michelle did an excellent job straightening my hair. She was also very informative about the products she used in my hair. The environment is welcoming and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend giving hairworks a try. I will definitely be a return customer.

Very home welcoming care & Owner Irma is amazing at what She can do to damaged hair as mine. Her co workers are very attentive, professional & they are definition of true cosmologists hair stylist. They do way better work than Any high end places Ive been to. Quality amazing & prices as well. Being military Irma cares for you & Im picky when it comes to my hair.

I WAS TOLD ABOUT THIS PLACE BY ONE OF MY FRIENDS. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS, BUT THE OWNER REALLY KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. I LOVE MY HAIRCUT, HAIR COLOR, AND HIGHLIGHTS. I LOOK LIKE A WHOLE DIFFERENT PERSON. I RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO EVERYONE. MY FAVORITE HAIR STYLISTS ARE IRMA AND CHRISTY, IM NOT SURE ABOUT THE REST.

I saw their ad on Craigslist and decided to give them a try. I ended up getting hair extensions by Michelle, and I couldnt be happier. I LOVE MY HAIR!! My bestie came with me and got the Brazilian Blowout, and she is happy, as well. She washes her hair and she doesnt even need to flat iron it! Wow! Im very impressed!

I went in on Saturday for a trim! My hair was almost to my waist , I asked for a trim with long layers and to keep the length. Tell me why my hair is above my bra strap now, choppy hair cut that is uneven!!!! She gave me bangs and I didnt even ask for them! I dont get this
