I keep getting this offer to review the service at their salon. So finally, I am responding. I bet they dont send me that email again!! My last appointment was February 5, 2015. I had been seeing Allison for my hair and up to this point, she did a god job. But that day, I asked for a little lighter color and it came out much too blond. I did not like it so she put something on my hair that made my eyes, nose and scalp burn and really ruined my hair. I went home and called and was told to come back that day or the next to have it fixed. I went in and she was there and never said hello and I was assigned to another person there who wanted to do the same treatment with the burning stuff so I declined. Allyson had left the salon and never said a word to me. Nothing. She called me later and still never apologized or offered anything else. My hair was ruined, dry, brittle and awful. Its September and I finally have had all that hair cut off and am beginning again. Very, very poor service. Later, in looking at the back of my hair she had dropped globs of the blond in places and left round blond spots on the hair at the roots. Very sloppy. It was my birthday. What a great present!

I moved to the Hill Country, a few weeks ago and didnt know if I could find a great stylist like I had in Houston for 12 years. But, LU was the one :) She cut my hair perfectly in tune with what I was used to. She gave me good future advise on my hair next steps. I will definitely return to Tres Bella. Not to mention I am addicted to Paris. So I felt right at home. Thanks for the ambiance!!

Pam Wiese, Alysson Murphy and their staff are Top Notch!!! My wife and family have gone there for years and i have never felt more at home than when i am there. The ladies are so very nice and the environment is second to none!!!! Great Job Tres Bella! Yall have a customer for life!!!

This place has a great atmosphere!! Heidi Wexler is my hair stylist. She does a great job and really listens and pays attention when I tell her how I want my hair cut!!! She even keeps pictures I have shown her of hair styles I like in a file that we can use for reference in the future!!

Cut and color were good...but avoid waxing! I was burned above and below my brows, very painful! Yes, I did call and they apologized...thats it. They apologized.

Whats the difference between a bad haircut and a good haircut? About two weeks. I will be going else where for a good haircut.
