DONT GO TO THIS SALON! I got my hair done on the 17th of March and its now the 21st I went in wanting a majority of my ,(virgin) naturally dark brown, hair cotton candy/pastel pink. My hairdresser convinced me this wasnt a good color because it would fade extremely fast, I agreed and we decided to go a more hot pink color rather than my original plan of pastel. My instructions were to not completely dye my hair pink but to work it in, in a "salt and pepper" fashion starting near the root and I wanted the bottom part to be ALL pink but not to have a harsh line where the pink suddenly started, I also wanted see through wispy bangs that were my original hair color and not touched with bleach. I specifically said "I want the pink to be REALLY, REALLY NOTICEABLE" at least 6 times during the whole process, She told me that it would be every time I did. I left happy because it was dark outside and the lighting wasnt great in the salon, so I couldnt see the colors well and my hair dresser and her assistant Kept reassuring me it looked great. When I woke up the next morning and got the chance to see it in the sunlight for the first time I realized that she hadnt followed my instructions at all and it looked more "brownish red" in most places, because there was still quite a bit of brown mixed in and she hadnt bleached my hair enough for the pink color to really look vibrant. She used two different shades of pink in my hair, pink mixed with fuchsia dye on the top half and just pink dye near the bottom half, which I was fine with. But she had her assistant working on one half of my head applying the pinks and herself working on the other, and the bleach was done unevenly so it looks like at least 3 or 4 different colors of pink were used and random chunks are hot pink while some look like the "brownish red" I previously mentioned. My bangs were the only part that turned out somewhat okay and I dont even like how she did them to be honest. I waited until now to write this review so that I could wash it at least once to see if it improved anything, it didnt. Now my hair just looks light brown with some hot pink randomly thrown in near the roots. (I wish I could attach pictures of this mess) All in all Im really disappointed and pissed off. I just basically threw $400 away and have to go get my hair redone at a better salon. Once again, DONT GO TO THIS SALON.

I just located from NY and I was looking for my forever salon. I called and asked if there was a master stylist they said yes and referred me to Diana. I asked for a root touch up since my hair was already platinum easy right ..no I was there for 4 hours the 1st day first color was yellow second color was grey and I was so upset. She didnt charge me thats why I give it one star otherwise it would be 0 so she asks me to come back to make it right the next day I agree every deserves a second chance so the next day I was there again for 4 hours it was still grey after many back and fourths then the owner came over cause I said my hair looks yellow now she said oh dont worry it will be platinum its a process okay so the 4 th hour came and went and she said okay we are done if you dont like it now then you have to come back tomorrow!!!!! What!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! So Im at the wash station I keep asking is it platinum no yellow oh of course she said..so I sit in the chair and its yellow. I said thats it blow dry my hair and let me leave... the owner did not ask me how I liked my hair or check up on me at all.. I will never ever go here and I will tell anyone I can they dont know what they are doing and the owner has terrible customer service...utterly disgusted and a very unhappy customer

I called beforehand to seek pricing and felt comfortable for what I wanted, however when it was time to check out, I was charged $50 MORE than quoted, and my stylist didnt even have the "time" to blow dry it, despite it being part of my appointment. The frustration could have been overlooked if my color was anything like I wanted. After specifically telling my stylist Kayla that I wanted very fine baby balayage highlights in Ash to platinum blonde, and very dark lowlights, I was shocked and upset to see my hair was red and caramel upon completion. "Oh, its totally not red. Come look in the shade outside the salon!" I know that my hair naturally pulls red so I was very specific in expressing my desire for a shade DARKER than my natural color in a cool tone rather than warm. I wouldnt recommend this salon if you have a specific look you know you love or are trying to achieve in a reasonable budget. $200 for wet hair without a cut that is NOTHING like I asked for- sure thing!

I have been here twice. That was two times to many!!! The first time I had to wait two hours for my appointment, without so much as a sorry for the wait when my stylist walked through the door!! She over slept, MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1PM!!!!!! She then took two hours for a cut and blow dry cause she kept answering her phone and chatting with co-workers. My hair cut was okay, but it was just a trim to a style that I already had! The next time I brought in a computer picture from a virtual salon with the hair style and color that I wanted. A dark ash blonde. She put a bleach on my hair, actually burned my scalp and made it blister and bleed, I left with platinum blonde hair and it was cut above my ears!!!! The style I wanted was below my shoulders!!!! I WAS SO AGGRAVATED!!! THEY HAD CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ALREADY!!!!!!! $300!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEN SHE HELD HER HAND OUT WAITING FOR A TIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I looked at her and said here is a tip, quit your day job!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a client of one of the owners, Brandy Soden, for almost 10 years, and I have actually followed her here from two other salons. I am very particular about my hair and the service I receive, and I have never been anything other than delighted coming here, even on the rare times when I've had to see another stylist as a result of scheduling needs. The salon is extremely professionally run and the atmosphere is upscale yet relaxing. They are very committed to ongoing training for staff. I have had haircuts, coloring, and permanents and have always been pleased with the outcome. I cannot believe that if other reviewers who reported having problems had addressed their concerns with the owners that they wouldn't have been resolved. I have often recommended this salon to others and will continue to do so.

NOT HAPPY! I asked for my hair to be blonde through highlights...Because Im a strawberry blonde naturally it shouldnt have been that difficult...I understand it takes a lot of foils but thats what I asked for...I have a few highlights in my hair...and still very strawberry...not what i asked for at all. I also specifically said that I like my hair straight...she proceeded to to put huge curls in my hair with a brush and blowdryer to "add volume". I also said I did not want her to use bleach because my hair breaks off...now i have all the little fuzzies standing on top of my head because she used bleach...I expect my hairstylist to at least start a conversation with me but she barely said a word. for $126 I expect to be pampered...not ignored. And for that much i expect to see a difference in my hair. Will never go back.
