My travel trailer was broken into the week of Nov. 21st of 2016. A week prior to the break in I informed one of the managers that my battery box had been tampered with several times. The last time that I noticed the battery box cover removed I met another client that told me her travel trailer had been broken into. She also informed me that she noticed that there were three other trailers on the lot that had their doors ajar as if the trailers were burglarized. Yesterday, while waiting for the police to arrive to file a report on11/27/16 I met a man who said that his moving van had been burglarized previously and he noticed, (today), another trailer with its door pried open. When the police arrived and we were discussing my case another client came up and informed us that he noticed several other units on the grounds whose doors were ajar. The police also informed me that this certainly was not the only time they have been called out for the same reason. So far up to this point to my knowledge there have now been close to 10 cases of burglarized travel trailers. Since nothing has been done to ensure the safety of our property, except for a nonfunctioning security camera. I would defiantly not recommend storing of any units at US Storage Centers. I will immediately be moving my travel trailer out of here and caution others about the lack of security here.

I wish I could give negative stars because its certainly not worth one. If you want a parking space for your trailer and care little about it this is the place for you. I bought my trailer new and had it a total of 2 months at this facility before it was stolen right off the lot. The so called cameras that you see at the gates do not work so theres no way of reviewing activities. I bought this trailer for a vacation we had scheduled for almost a year. I left work early the day before we were to leave to pick up the trailer to start loading up only to find it gone. The person in charge at the time was worthless and I was told its not their problem. So there you go, real life example of how this facility works. Still want to leave your valuables there?

My husband just rented a parking space here. He paid for the month in full. He was paying for 24 hour access. His code did not end up working during regular hours and of course after hours. He had to go 2 days with out his Trailer. We called Corporate they could not get a hold of management or fix the problem. They did not offer a refund nor did they offer a free month for any inconvenience. My husband lost out on lots of Commission due to this issue. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Do not store your stuff here. Our travel trailer was burglarized in November. Then in January, it was stolen! The security there is horrible. When we filed the police report, the policeman was VERY familiar with this place. He also mentioned its probably an inside job. Someone is living on this lot and orchestrating thefts. The staff is really nice and helpful but overall, its risky to store anything on this lot. Dont take the chance. We did and now our trailer is gone!

Great place for storing your boat outdoors. Customer service was great!I was in need of a 30 parking spot for my boat. I went in since this place is right down the street from my house. I called a few places for some prices, US Storage had the cheaper rates. Gates work great with the code they provide or of you choosing. They have a BUNCH of security cameras in the RV/Boat section. Go in the office and see for yourself.

The new manager is great but this place is a haven for thieves and the company knows about it when i asked about theft they stated oh were good we have cameras and lock gates. there is theft at least weekly DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN. Go down the road. Been waiting for a month for them to get the video for the police. DO STORE YOU STUFF HERE.

Trailer was broken into a couple of weeks ago, of course no video of the incident or of any of the other bad activity that is taking place on the lot. People living in parked trailers and the outrageous number of abandoned vehicles. Cant get our trailer out of this storage facility fast enough. If you care about your trailer do not leave it here.

Roof leaked causing mold to grow on several pieces of furniture. Also found a large amount of animal droppings so pests are an issue!
