I needed 4 tires for my vehicle and the first WalMart I went to said they had 4 in stock so I dropped my truck off. A few hours later they call and tell me they dont have them so I get a ride back to WalMart to pick out another set. Turns out they didnt really have any except super pricey ones. The lady calls the WalMart on Potranco and asks them to verify they have the 4 Im looking for in stock. They say they do so I headed over to have my service done. When I got there I told them I was from the other store that had called about the tires. I also asked if they were going to remount the spare and I was assured they would. After getting a ride home and a few hours went by, the auto department called and told me they didnt have the tires, after being assured they were in stock. Finally they found some tires that would work on my vehicle. Went to pick up truck after they were shut down for the day and told the service tech that they need to make sure that when someone calls and asks them to verify inventory, that doesnt mean look at what the computer says. Get out to my truck and the spare is sitting in the bed. Ive never had this level of "bad" when having work done at the T&LE, but I dont think Ill be going back for service work. If they can get the people behind the counter properly trained, they can avoid wasting peoples entire day like mine was.

. I went to Walmart today to get my tires fixed because I had a hole and my tire had blown out when I arrive at Walmart I was quoted a certain price for my tires the cashier in the auto department was a very sweet lady butt I was getting charged a fee that I felt was unnecessary so I got to speak with Manuel the manager and instead of just waving that one fee he waves a couple others might experience with that manager was beyond words he is a very sweet person very attentive and I really felt like he cared about my situation. I had a blowout earlier that day and he lifted the stress I had of having to buy 2 new tires for my SUV I will highly recommend this Walmart off Potranco and 1604 to my family and friends.

I checked my car in at 715. There were no cars in front of me. I explained that I was leaving in an hour to go out of town last minute- and asked if it would be done. Chris said- "Sure. No problem" The car sat in the bay for over an hour. Finally at 830 I walked over to the bay door and found the two guys. One Chris, one someone else and they were hanging out talking. I asked if they had finished because I had to go, and they both turned to each other and asked if each one had done the oil change. No one had even touched it. Guess thats what I get for going to a Walmart anyway.

7am-7pm everyday I was worried about coming to this walmart after reading other review. But these guys work hard and take care of you. There was no cashier today so the techs took turns helpingbout on front counter. They even checked out the people behind me with a full basket of groceries as they were there to pick up their veh. Very good services. Thanks guys.

I was here to visit Sea World and noticed that the tires were bad. I usually get tires from Discount Tire, but Wal Mart opened an hour earlier, and I was in a hurry. Twenty minutes after they were scheduled to open, there were no signs of life. Just customers like me waiting outside. So I left and went to Discount. They had min and out in no time.

Came here at 1 on a Monday afternoon for an oil change. Told me it would take 40 minutes max since I was the only one there. 50 minutes later I ask if its done and get told there has been a mix up and that they are just now taking it in. Another 50 minutes goes by and I get told they are still working on it.

I needed a new battery and local auto shops were charging $230+, I got mine at Walmart and installed for just $60. Along with the great prices, their customer service was awesome. Daniel was very nice and friendly and did his best to accommodate me. Thank you!!

Waited an hour and a half to be told they only had 3 tires (not all four). And blamed it on their computer. The manager seemed apologetic but they still could of told me earlier.

Twice Ive given this Tire and Lube a try, both times I sit there and get zero service. Several techs walk right past your car and dont even acknowledge you are there.
