I trust these folks to be honest and to do a good job. I fully believe they will NOT perform work that isnt needed - I do not fear being "taken advantage" of. However, they are NOT cheap, nor are they fast. Dropped off my cadillac on Tuesday. They told me it would be Wednesday afternoon before they could look at it. Didnt get it back until FRIDAY. Problem? Bad battery and low oil. Cost? Over $330. Could have gotten the same work done at WalMart in under 2 hours for less than half that... MY BAD for taking a "minor" issue to them. Will save them for the "serious" work, and will make sure I have plenty of cash when I do!

I have to wear distance vision glasses while I drive. While my vision isnt terrible I am required to wear them. I couldnt find my glasses and was going to purchase a new pair when we went by Bradys to pick up our Toyota Sienna. As I hopped in, there were my glasses. Apparently a technician had found them as they worked on our vehicle. That saved me the cost of a new pair. The work that we had done went well, also. Thank you, Bradys for a good-running Sienna and renewed vision.

Honest place to take your vehicle--very pleased with the service that I received. I attempted to take my vehicle to the dealership, but was unable to get the service department to pick up the phone, let alone make an appointment. I decided to take a chance with Gradys. Making an appointment was easy to do. The work was done in a timely manner. So glad that I tried them out. Great job!
