Could not have said it any better Mr.Turner. The sad part is I dealt with the exact same thing as you, but unfortunately these guys took me and my warranty company for far more money!! Over 15,000.00 dollars spent at this shop and my truck is currently being taken back apart by another shop to figure out what these guys did. I literally picked my truck up from Lonestar and within 22miles from their shop was waiting to be picked up along I-10 and towed by AAA. That tow was my 5th tow since they started working on my truck. I am sure you can imagine the frustration and inconvenience of this, not to mention the money!!! I own a 2002 Toyota camery. I took it to the dealer they told me that my a/c compressor was bad "or" I needed to replace my expansion valve. What? This was going to cost allot so I figured I’d look around. 2 weeks later on a hot day when I needed my ac I stopped by Lone star auto in Boerne. Cory looked at my car and determined it was a bad relay and could be fixed then. The dealership wanted $100s for the wrong thing. I bought a new relay from Lone star automotive and had cold ac when I left there. They won’t up sale sell you and will get the job done right. Thanks Lone star Automotive!

Worst Diesel Mechanic around, over priced and with the worst customer service. spent over 12,000 on these guys and for the truck to just keep going back to the shop every other week. the guy who answers the phone is very rude, they are your friends when they want your money but enemies when it comes to the truck driving perfect like they say it should have after all repair and expenses have been paid. BEWARE!!!!!! and for the record, all these reviews on here are probably friends and family!!!

Had my truck towed in after it started spraying oil everywhere. Justin and the crew had my truck diagnosed in no time. I then left them with a laundry list of other issues I had been having and they were more than accommodating and had my truck squared away in no time without breaking the bank. It now runs and drives better than I thought it ever could. I will be bringing all my vehicle repair and maintenance needs here from now on and would recommend Lone Star to anyone.

I highly recommend Lone Star Automotive and Diesel. Fair, Honest and Dependable. Fair - their prices are great. Honest - they fix what needs to be fixed and what you want fixed. Dependable - they fix it right the first time. I wouldnt take my F250 any place else. They have the best diesel technician in this part of Texas and their other technicians are superb. If you are looking for a automotive shop for any type of vehicle, this is the place to go.

Just realized today the great deal and service I had a year ago @ Lone Star Automotive. Had an emergency 11 months ago and they gave me quick service to fix the problem and got me back on the road to San Antonio. Just had the same problem this week, took a day to schedule in @ another dealer and cost more than 3 times the amount. Im going back to Lone Star Automotive and Diesel again for sure. Highly recommend!!

This has to be the best experience Ive ever had with an automotive shop. Justin was so professional and kind. He immediately got back with me when my vehicle arrived to him. He called me every time he found an issue and called me directly back every time I called him. He was very honest with me and very patient. There front office and shop are very clean and comfortable. My son had just bought a used truck and it broke down on the way to work south of San Antonio. This happened near Blanco, Lone Star came and towed him and had his truck fixed by the next morning and they were very resonable on their prices.They even took the time and helped him to understand other issues on this Dodge 3500 dually.Great piece of mine.Thank you Lone Star!!!

We took our 06 duramax to lone star when another mechanic shop was unable to fix it. As a welding rig, the trucks wiring was admittedly a bird nest. These guys tracked down the problem and had us running again quick! Installed a new bcm and the truck runs great.
